Disappointing Experience at Orange and Pineloch Ave

I’ve been visiting the store at Orange and Pineloch Ave for the past two months, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Each time I walk in, it seems like something goes terribly wrong. From incorrectly made drinks to locked bathrooms, wiping my own table and trash littering the ground, the service management leaves much to be desired.

I’ve made multiple attempts to address these issues, speaking with the store manager, district manager, and even reaching out to corporate, but it feels like nothing has changed. The only noticeable shift has been the growing number of poor reviews on Google, which reflects the ongoing concerns of many customers.

Despite these frustrations, I still appreciate the quality and service I get at my go to Dunkin Donuts. Their consistency and attention to customer satisfaction remind me of what I hope to see at my local Starbucks in the future. Here’s hoping for improvements!

UPDATE No AC. No clean seat or tables. Floor is filthy. Pickup area is a disaster. Shelves aren’t stocked. Bathrooms are a mess. It’s 4:50 PM Friday September 13th.

I’ve been drinking the same drink from Starbucks for over 10 years and for the last couple years since I moved downtown and visit this location I literally can’t even stomach the way they make their iced caramel macchiatos. It’s nothing but a massive glob of caramel and doesn’t even taste like coffee anymore. It’s been over 2 years now that I’ve been reluctantly going to this location and every single time I order a macchiato it is absolute trash. Now I either have to order something else or i won’t even go there because it’s pretty much a guarantee that my drink will be disgusting. Maybe some people want to eat globs of caramel with their coffee but most enjoy the caramel flavor with their espresso in moderation. There’s always an option to order extra drizzle as people do it all the time but when I order light drizzle it doesn’t make a difference. Today was the final straw when my macchiato cup was filled 1/3 with caramel and my first sip made me throw the entire drink away, wasting my 7$ triple macchiato and on top of that I was given the wrong sandwich inside a bag with the correct label on it. I’ve lived downtown for 5 years now and watched the quality of this Starbucks macchiato issue go downhill so fast. Every now and then I decide to give it another try and I’m disappointed every single time. If I need a coffee that bad I’ll order something else but other than that, im done with this location.
