I want to own here, but I just have not found the right opportunity. However, I have rented here for 6 years, two different units. Great tight knit community of neighbors, who have each other's back. I had a couple of them knocking on my door, checking on me during hurricane Ian, in the middle of the night. Can't get that anywhere else these days.

With that said, HOA is extremely high, which is the main reason keeping me from owning here, but in their defense, HOA is high...

Living here 6 years almost and the changes happening in the community are definitely heading in the right direction.
