I want to own here, but I just have not found the right opportunity. However, I have rented here for 6 years, two different units. Great tight knit community of neighbors, who have each other's back. I had a couple of them knocking on my door, checking on me during hurricane Ian, in the middle of the night. Can't get that anywhere else these days. With that said, HOA is extremely high, which is the main reason keeping me from owning here, but in their defense, HOA is high everywhere these days.

Recently bought my Condo in La Costa Brave and couldn’t be more happy with the community and the area. Love having lake access and a pool overlooking the lake. Has a grill next to the pool as well with boat/jet ski/Kayak slips with boat ramp. Love it here! 😎

LCB community is home to me, since 2011. Neighbors are nice, quiet and care about where they live. Lakefront views from one of two pools. Cantina clubhouse w/ pool for summer parties…a great place to gather with friends & family. Watch the sunrise or sunset from the on the water gazebo. Fishing from the dock too. Park your boat, canoe or kayak in the available slips There are different floor plans from 1/1 to 3/2 (huge walk-in closets) sunken living rooms, washer/dryer and each room being spacious. Living here 6 years almost and the changes happening in the community are definitely heading in the right direction. Pool access and gym access with the grill always available are some of the things I enjoy the most about living here. Fred the maintenance guy is always looking to help in anyway he can. Dogs love...
