As a Nicaraguan I wanted to like this place but unfortunately, it was a great disappointment. From the moment I walked in the place had so much smoke it was difficult to breathe and it left the place with a strange smell. I should have follow my instinct from there. The employees were NOT friendly, I don't know why people and their reviews said they have great service, it was like they were doing me a favor. The food looked old, like it was sitting there for hours. I have seen healthier looking food at a "fritanga" in downtown Managua's corner than the food there. I recently visited this buffet-style restaurant, hoping for a good meal, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I tried the tamale, and while the flavor was decent, the masa was undercooked, making the texture unpleasant. Worse, it was only lukewarm, which raises concerns about food safety.

The staff didn’t speak much English and did not greet me and kinda ignored me , which made communication difficult. Since this is a buffet and not a cook-to-order restaurant, food quality and temperature should be carefully maintained, but that didn’t seem to be the case.

The food is ok . Nothing like Miami fritanga .. in addition the people who work there is rude , even the lady who is the owner she is also rude . I made a big order which I spend like $80 on food to take and I ask for more hot sauce which is not coast much , well they did not give it to me for free they want to charge me 25 cents for one more after speeding $80 .
