Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

Went online to order pizza tonight I had a bad experience with this store when I picked up from the store in the past. Well, when the driver knocked on the door I answered he said 21.00 dollars I said huh that's not what my total is so I went back on the inside of the house because he was being slick. I took my tip that I was going to give him out because of his tip himself when he overcharges me. So he put the pizza back in the pouch an I asked why you are putting my pizza up in your pouch he got nasty an said I have a right to count my money before I give you the pizza. Mine now when he came to my door he had my pizza holding it sideways when he saw who I was answering my door I'm an African woman so I said where am I'm going to run with a pizza you're in my door he started getting even ruder an he's at my door. So I told him to take the pizza back I did want it any more an counted my own money in his face. I told him that I was calling the store by the time I called the store he had already called to cover himself so someone put me on hold knowing it was me calling all the while because they already have my number in the system. So they went on an explain that the driver couldn't give me any change back but he should not have round my bill to the nearest dollar until I told him that I didn't have the change but then he got rude when I told him that I was not coming up there a get any pizza even if it was free they could have done anything to it by now the driver was acting as if he didn't like African Americans from the beginning so he became combative with me so I told him that I was going to call corporate and he said it don't work like that then I said I will never order or visit this store again. He was still going on like I was the problem an got madder when I said I was calling corporate on the driver him. I'm going to make dominos my pizza home, for now, own done with pizza hut an tell all family and friends church member etc. About this location. This location seems to have the rudest staff. This Pizza Hut is a sham. EVERY SINGLE time I order from this store I am disrespected and my order is messed up on not delivered. Save yourself the time and order from papa johns or dominos. The employees hang up on you and do not call back. They cancel your orders without notification on your end. You call to check the status of your order and they give you an attitude and threaten to block your number. They promise you credits and coupons but when you call to use them they tell you your order is undeliverable or you have to pick it up in person as if the reason you have the credit in the first place isn't because they complete messed up your delivery in the first place. Whenever part of my order is cancelled or the whole thing I never recieve the money back. I don't know what is going on at this location but I don't trust them and they lack BASIC respect for customers and customer service skills. Just shut the whole place down. They need new managment and workers, once saw an employee give a police officer a hard time because someone filed a report because this location didn't deliver a large order to the right location, refused to work with the customer to resolve the issue, then in return didn't want to work with the...

This should be no star. I wish I could say something about the food but I never got it. This happened twice and I will not give them the chance to let it happen a 3rd time. When I placed my order online it gave me a time the order should be at my apartment. Both times I waited 20 minutes (after my order was supposed to be delivered) and started calling the store.(Also the store or driver never attempted to contact me.) The store sets their automated voice system to pick up a say they're closed. After trying several times I then called the 1-800 number for customer service. The first time I called the 1-800 number I spoke with a very nice man, I believe his name was Ron. He took down my comments and said that it was bad customer service. He sent me two coupons for free pizza. However the second time I called the 1-800 number I got someone named Dale. He was rude, short with me, and rushed me off the phone. I think that Pizza Hut is one of the best franchise pizza places, and I would not like to walk for these two incidents.
