Little Greek Fresh Grill — Restaurant in Florida

This was a horrific experience, and I could not be more appalled by the atrocious quality of the "service" here. I had brought my cousin to Little Greek for a girls' hangout, but the AC was not working, so we decided to be flexible and order for carry-out. The staff proceeded to make us wait for 20-25 minutes in the stuffy restaurant without any explanation, only to then inform us that my cousin's food had to be remade because a worker had cut his finger while preparing the chicken. I was at least grateful that they threw away the food that was contaminated by blood--although given that I saw a worker picking chicken out of a food container before reluctantly declaring "We have to remake this," I strongly suspect that they had considered still serving it.

After we finally received our food (with a very grudging and unconvincing apology) and returned to my car, I discovered that the staff had neglected to give us any plasticware despite the fact that my meal was a salad and my cousin's included rice. I had to walk back to the restaurant to get the plasticware, and this time no apology was forthcoming. Then, when at last my cousin and I sat down to eat, having brought it back to her college campus because of the lack of AC at the restaurant, I discovered that my salad had no dressing whatsoever, and none was included in the bag. I had to sit there and watch my cousin eat, assuring her that I would eat when I got home--though I can assure you it will not be that salad.

Every element of my experience with Little Greek was shockingly bad. I will never set foot inside this restaurant again and will actively discourage others from going there. Absolutely and completely...

We went to place an order with Uber Eats, last time we will do that. First the app said that they were able to process the order, and this is after everything in the account was filled out correctly.

Then I called the Little Greek, not sure if she was trying to use an excuse about "we have been having issues with the app lately". I've used the app before and NEVER had an issue prior about getting my food.

The last thing that just made me that most upset is that she stated, "we close in 35 minutes, so more than likely they are not going to make the order because we'all be closed by the time the driver gets here". Mind you she didn't even attempt to check if the order had come through to be made.

I tried to reason with her that the order was placed before they closed, therefore there was still time to make the order, and have the driver come pick it up and deliver it. But all she wanted to do is argue with me and keep bringing up that they close soon. I was appalled by the lack of customer service so I said thank you and hung up the phone.

Stay away from this place if you're using Uber Eats, we recommend maybe not even ordering food from there all together based on...

Family feel. Good food served up with great smiles. I love their Falafel and Greek salads. Their Dolmadakia are also scrumptious, although I do admit I would prefer vegetarian Dolmas at times. They offer a incredible special grilled shrimp Greek Salad, which I am praying becomes a permanent menu item.

Dining area is a comfortable, casual family room... quiet enough to study in most times, with occasional hearty laughs between customers and or staff. A place for coworker lunches or even steady dates to enjoy affordable food. Regulars are sweet people, (often college students as well as local USF faculty, medical staff or other professionals) which adds to the ambiance.

Overall ratings: Excellent value! Come visit... Admittedly since COVID, I don't eat in restaurants, so I'm currently only taking out. But before that, I would browse Mojo Bookstore and then go enjoy lunch or dinner here at Little Greek. I...
