Here’s where your hostess is losing you thousands of dollars. You had 12 tables empty including three outside on a beautiful sunny, not hot day. Only two of which had food and dishes left on them. This is coming from owner of restaurants and starting a new one. I certainly had to take some notes on what not to do for your customer. Probably more than three things but number one exaggerating wait times in both directions, for instance, I was told five minutes and I waited over 25 minutes and had to say something in order to get sick at a table. I seen more than 55 person groups walk away when they said it would be 30 to 40 minutes. There are more than three people waiting on the 20 minute time and this was just observing within the 25 minutes that I was waiting. The host is your most valuable player and when I ask, she said those tables are already assigned which means sit them at the table not make them wait and tell others 30 or 40 minutes and sometimes only 10 minutes depending on the host is that came up? When I finally said something, the hostess got defensive instead of putting a fire out and the manager finally come out because he heard the commotion and quickly took charge and she needed help. She was not trying to handle that many people he said that it’s a high volume store and you’re losing thousands of dollars Because of a hostess no waitress would ever want to lose that business nor do I think you would wanna lose that business all because of a hostess I took notes myself because I didn’t want this to happen to any of my customers and I’m gonna train at my new restaurant What not to do rather than what to do You’re a hostess makes the least amount of money, but it affects your bottom line by turning down business because you don’t hire the right person and pay them what they’re worth you guys are doing awesome. I’ve been at mini many of first watch in different states and this is the first time that I’ve had this happen and this person either needs to be trained or she needs to go find something else to do put her washing dishes The manager handle the situation flawlessly and he trained there, but was not a permanent employee at this location. The manager gave me a five dollar off coupon and I wrote his name on it and now I can’t remember. I think it was a three or four letter short name mail mid 30s Well groomed very good asset to your company. I wanna say a common name like John or Taylor. But I ended up giving the coupon away to an elderly lady that look like she needed a break. I didn’t need a break. I didn’t need a discount. I just want to share with you how important the hostess job is. I literally cringed when four or five groups of people walked out. Ultimately, you can excuse, not getting fast service by sitting bodies and chairs it commits them. Then you can say you’re shorthanded rather than having 12 or 13 tables empty and turning people away I hope this helps because I think you got a great product everywhere. I’ve been each and everyone has not had this issue and I’m positive. This is not the first day this lady was trying to do this so you can imagine how many thousands of dollars you’re throwing out the window I would pay my hostess more money and typically I know in the past you guys have used waitresses that rotate in to the hostess position. I know you rotate people in to go order position, which is horrible for morale and not getting the tips that they would normally get for us a six or eight hour shift. Not trying to tell you how to run your business I can guarantee you this you would’ve gotten a one star had I not been to other restaurants and never have...

Read moreThis place is nice and friendly, the food was okay for the price. I went here to get a quick healthy meal, which I got but it was not quick. As soon as I walked in they sat me and took my drink order, the lady that sat me was training someone which is not a problem but she was a little pushy with my drink order like she was in a rush ( this was not a problem, some people do that and it’s okay). They brought my drink order quickly but it was 15 to 20 minutes before my food order was taken by someone else and then my food was brought out by another person. The waitress only come by once after my food arrived but didn’t as anything just sat the ticket down and walked away. I finished eating and waited for her or someone to come by again but no one did for a while, finally I got someone’s attention to pay the bill and they said I had to pay in the front. I’m not sure if this place is always like this, if it was cause I was alone, or cause there was a small party and I was the less of there concerns but it could have been better. Nonetheless, I will not...
