Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Placed an online order around 12:25pm on 3/20/22. App said order was ready for pickup at 12:40pm. I went in and was informed by the only employee working that he had not started on it yet. I asked how long it would take and was informed he would start it once the sandwich he was currently making was finished. I said “okay, No problem. I’ll return in 10 min”. I went back to my car and waited until I saw the customer that was being helped had left. I returned back to the store about 5 minutes later and the employee was working on another customers sandwich. He again replied he hasn’t started on it yet. A little ticked off, I left to go home, took a shower, and washed some dishes. I returned to the store back at 1:30pm and was informed YET AGAIN he hasn’t started on the order. But yet everyone who walked in was helped…. I understand the lack of employees right now in the food industry but come on! He can’t even refund my purchase due to not knowing how. I got a number for a manager named “Nate” called 5 times within 2 hours and could not get through or leave a message due to mailbox is full....

I highly recommend people not to ever go to this subway. The general manager is so rude. She catches tantrums and throws pots and pans. They fired my girlfriend Anna for no absolute reason. She tells Anna that her time is up at subway and that she could go and give her the key or whatever. I feel like this lady is very unprofessional. Definently shows favoritism. And before Anna was fired, she was only giving Anna 15 hours but giving everybody else 28 and 29 hours. How does the regular employees get more hours than the assistant manager? Anna has always been so loving and kind. A lot of customers know her. She been at this subway for almost 4 years. Ever since this lady started, she didn’t like my girlfriend Anna and changed everything. Oh just so y’all know, the food is disgusting! There’s roaches and bugs everywhere! And if you ever pay attention, try to pay attention to underneath the bin, there’s all kinds of nasty gooey stuff that they need to vacuum and clean. They try to hide it with the food on top. My boyfriend and I went in for two subs. The girls on staff were unprofessional from the beginning. Talking about men and flirting with a male customer that came in after us (whose order they took before they made my boyfriends sub), because of the that, I had paid for our food before my boyfriends sub was finished. He wanted to add a couple more slices of cheese and she turned to him and said "Wow, I find it really interesting that you paid before you asked me that, because you knew it was extra". I had to pay before his sub was finished because they chose to service their friend in the middle of our order. The lady at the register was nice, she gave us at free cookie, probably because she knew we were disturbed by the customer service we had receieved. There's a Jimmy Johns right down the road though, and their employees are much more polite. I wish I had the ladies name, so I could contact...
