My girlfriend introduced me to your store on Friday, Sept 21, 2024. I was totally amazed by this new store . When I got into the store in my wheelchair we were greeted by one of the sales associates. Her name was Dee. She had a smile of gold and was so helpful to us during our time, I think we were there a few hours, in the store. I cannot wait to go back again. Dee also came over to assist me with my check out.

I also have to share this situation I had, with you, on how helpful, thoughtful and trustworthy Dee is. When I returned home over 3 hours later, I proceeded to take off my jewelry and noticed that my Ruby Gold ring wasn’t on my finger. I called the store immediately and Dee was able to go to the end of the jewelry isle where I was trying on some of the rings when I was there earlier. She looked around the area, then looked thru the bin and found my ring. She called me back and assured me she would keep it safe until I could get back to the store on Saturday to pick it up. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated all she did to find it, keep it safe, and returned it to me. You need to have more employees like her working in your store. I wanted to love this store, unfortunately they’re never open. I’ve been able to get lucky 1 time. Every other day I’ve gone they’re closed despite their hours posted on the door stating they’re open. You’d think Black Friday/cyber Monday weekend they’d be open but apparently whoever runs this location isn’t worried about sustaining their business to keep it open. This is our areas in season time of the year, this is the time to be open be consistent & make a name for yourself to gain business you will not have in off season so in off season you don’t go out of business. If things don’t change with this location to be more consistent it won’t last long...

I was very excited to visit this store. I spent over $60. after opening up certain items I was extremely disappointed & grossed out. not one but two Hello Kitty chocolate eggs were ROTTEN! 2packs of gum were hard as a rock & unedible!! and a jar of slime was old and dry- ROTTEN. so I would say the things at this store are old and expired!!! NOT JUST 1 ITEM BUT 4!!! THATS HORRIBLE! you can get the same similar items fresh and new at 5Below. Im very disappointed & DISGUSTED.
