Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

I live in east orlando and have never had an issue with the pizza huts in my area. But when friends and I wanted to order stuff from here, it was one unpleasant surprise after another. First of all, the place looks so run down on top of being tucked away in a corner. Paint peeling on the inside, lights out on the sign outside. There was a huge roach everyone saw while we waited for our food. Then they took almost a whole hour to get our pizzas out (even though we called ahead) and we had to ask several times if our order was ready. It was only until the hour was almost up and someone saw us still sitting there in the tiny corner of a space that they said “Oh! You’re still here?” After receiving the 3 boxes and chicken, I checked the first box and it was ok so we drove back only to realize the rest of the order was wrong and we had people in our party who don’t eat pork. I just moved into the area with my sister, one day I ordered from this location, I ordered wings, garlic cheesy knots and a drink. They were an hour late with my stuff, I called to let them know it was late, and I was told it'll be there and they were under staffed. I mean I'm only 4 minutes away. So when they finally showed up, all my food was cold, my wings were bad, and when I called the place to complain, this lady, said she would send someone out for better quality food and I had to give back the food they gave me. I waited an hour, did not want to wait any longer, and giving the food back is unsanitary. Never had a place say that to me. Well I got free pizza coupons. Then weeks later, I decided to give it another try, give them a chance, well, I wanted to use my free pizza coupons, so I called to make a carry out, ordered a pizza, they said 15 minutes. So I waited a little, then decided to go, and when I got there, they didn't even have my order in the system, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. My elderly sister ordered a large pizza from this location. When it was delivered, my sister opened the pizza in the dimly lit hotel room and began to eat. When her son stopped in for his share, he discovered the pizza was lacking special ingredients he had requested. My sister continued to call this location, and after sitting on hold for an extremely long time, she was met with 5 attempts to find a resolution to this issue. Each representative put her on hold in the middle of the conversation to then have another individual do the exact same thing to her. Because of the long wait time on hold, she continued to eat the pizza because, like I said, her son had the special requests and she was hungry and the pizza was fine for her especially at 11 pm at night. One woman stated she can replace the pizza, but she will need the wrong pizza back in return. When my sister started to tell her the situation, she was then again put on hold mid sentence.
