I purchased a Groupon for Lashed by Ronni and when I contacted Ronni she refused accepting my Groupon bc she requires a deposit for any appointment made online and she refused setting up my appointment any other way even though paying a deposit would put me over the amount of the service. Instead what she recommended was not using the Groupon and booking with her directly. When I told her that this is wrong she should accept my Groupon and not try and make me pay her directly so that she avoids the Groupon fee, she sent me a nasty text back advising that she does not think she is a good fit and I should not tell her how to run her business Please be careful purchasing any Groupon or deals from this person she does not keep her end of the deal. At the end of the day it is her loss. I was ready to spend my money with her and continue the service for as long as I can. There are plenty other places that would be happy to take my money. Since Ronni wants to continue to be negative and insulting I will list the text so that her future potential clients can see how she really treats clients and not the mask she is hiding behind. Do your research ladies, Don't let someone who can be so nasty near your face. I just thank God this came out before I trusted.

I had never had lash extensions so I did my research, based on reviews/location/and pricing. I found Ronni’s website and everything matched up to all of my standards. I booked online and shortly after got a confirmation email. Leading up to my appointment I received multiple emails explaining procedures and expectations for arrival. When meeting Ronni for the first time I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. She seems to have an amazingly bubbly personality. The conversation never felt forced and I even fell asleep for a while. She asked me questions to ensure I received the end goal I had in mind. The process took a little under 2 hours. I got the hybrid set and that definitely is the right choice for me. She exceeded all of my expectations. I love my lashes and appreciate the experience as a whole. I get so many compliments on them and I would recommend her to any of my friends. Ronni takes pride in her work and values her clients. By far the best lashes and lash artist! I promise! So I’m the kind of person whom takes their time researching who, what, when, where, why lol but no seriously. When it comes to anything and everything especially when it comes to personal maintenance, as I say. I went to a few different lash artist. I had my one girl who I was loyal to when I first began getting my lashes done and she was great but then she became unprofessional to say the least and the quality of her work was what really did it for me, so I searched and searched and then I found Ronnie and you guys, thank you to those who take the time to leave these (hence why I am also), her place is quiet and serene, you literally do fall asleep instantly. She’s such a pleasure to be around, makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. She’s so kind and her work is flawless! Trust me when I say, you’ve found your girl....
