Polished Nails - Edgewater — Local services in Winter Park

I was already hesitant about going to this place because 85% of the nails posted in the reviews look a hot mess even though they have a five star rating so that was very confusing.. ..

And my inkling was correct - went in for a full set and pedicure. I had to keep correcting her because the polish was bumpy, she barely bothered to even shape my toes before she painted them, there was cured polish sticking out on my pinky toe that I asked her to file down twice so I didn’t scratch myself, and she was acting like she didnt see it EVEN THOUGH SHE RUBBED HER FINGER OVER IT BOTH TIMES. Told her I wanted very short nails then proceeded to have to sit there for her to cut down my nails six times because she refused to just cut them short (probably to try to charge me for a medium instead of short nails), the paint job was terrible (as it is on a lot of the pictures in the reviews). I asked for tapered square shape and got DUCK nails. AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING - There was a random $15 on my receipt after my 20% off they offer “ first time customer”..

This place is sketch & does not do a good job. But hey, they have mimosas and let you spin a wheel so if you don’t actually care how your nails come out, you can go get drunk and spin a wheel for a free service on your “next visit”. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Not sure if the reviews are from a bunch of women who had one too many mimosas, but “I” personally will not be returning to this...

Sophie and Miley are absolutely amazing! Sister and owner. Truth be told I came in with a chip on my shoulder. I am so incredibly picky and they nailed every aspect. From my questions, to the prices, to making sure the shape was on point. . Every finger. As a first-time customer I was given an option of a beverage. I decided on a White claw. She brought me five different options of flavors, with a straw, and even hand fed me my first drink. 😄 From that Moment on it was nothing but laughter, a gift of free bagels, and spinning the wheel! I won a free paraffin wax!!!!! What is that you ask? It's a pedicure with wax! I'll be back!!! Come one come all! This is definitely a hidden gem! Thank you so much for your service! Love this place! Quality services, amazing customer service and the staff is always so friendly! The salon is always spotless and sanitary. Reasonable prices and a relaxing environment. I've been coming to this location for years, through multiple owners. There has not been one time that I've been here and have not been offered water or soda from both the most recent previous owner and the new ones! The temperature in the salon is perfect, not too hot but not too cold. I often bring my son along and he always gets the same respect and has always been made to feel welcome here to the point that he now ASKS to just come hang out here while I get any...
