Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I came to this taco bell on tuesday night, I ordered a few things yet didnt get my quesadilla. I didnt realize until I got home, so I went back bc it was clearly on my receipt and I had paid for it. When I got there Melissa (the worker) clearly already had an issue with me. As she claimed she had put my quesadilla in the bag HERSELF. obviously not. why would i come all the way back to lie about a singular quesadilla?? Melissa said she was going to check the cameras as she didn't believe me. and even said she didn't believe in the phrase "the customer is always right" because she "knew" she put the quesadilla in there. she came back to the window and said she didn't have the ability to check the cameras and told me I would have to come back tomorrow or call corporate. i ended up just buying another quesadilla. honestly just rude for no reason. probably wont...

Placed order with the app. Took 10 minutes to get to the store, sat in the drive thru for an additional 10 minutes while my order was made. Why even use the app? Girl gives me my soda a little over half full. When i tried to get her attention she shrugged her shoulders and threw her hands up and i could see her saying some foul words, just couldnt hear them. She didnt ask me what was wrong or anything, just poured about 2 inches of soda soda in another cup and handed it to me out the window. I said thank you, she slammed the window shut and kept talking to someone else. Got home and the order was made wrong and missing an item. Im not going back to get it. I have been a Taco Bell customer since the 1970s and was happy to hear that a location was opening near my home.....until I actually made a purchase. My first visit, the Tacos were sparsely filled and they messed up my order, but they were new so I gave them a pass. I am posting a photo of one of the soggy, extremely sparsely filled tacos I received from my 3rd visit. Obviously, the image on the left is their advertised product, which we all know to never actually expect to get from any fast food restaurant. However, there was so little filling in the tacos that the preformed shell crumbled at first touch. We counted the cheese shreds on one of the tacos--there were 4 shreds.
