I had a very disappointing experience at this pizza place today. I placed my order online through their website, which directed me to Seamless. The confirmation said my order would be ready at a certain time, so I went to pick it up.
When I arrived, the restaurant had about 3 people waiting, I waited around but no one acknowledged me for several minutes. Eventually, one employee told me someone else was “taking care of me,” even though she had been standing at the counter the entire time without acknowledging me. I told the gentleman no no one is taking care of me yet he said yeah yeah she is. After more waiting, same employee finally said my pizza would be ready in five minutes.
I continued to wait, but nothing happened. Then, suddenly, they told me they never received my order at all and insisted I should have placed it directly with them. This was very frustrating because their own website had redirected me to Seamless. To make matters worse, I overheard the staff saying it would take another 30 minutes if they started the order now, and one of them even said, “If she doesn’t like it, refund her.” Umm excuse me?? How unprofessional is that ? Mind you this place is alright not even the best out there but I had promise my toddlers pizza and it was already 8pm! I said go ahead and refund me and I left. I know exactly what happened no one checked the iPad and didn’t see the order not to mention the gentleman was convinced the order came in through grub hub after I showed him PROOF on my email and text message! I had a text message that my order was ready. Either they gave my pizza to the wrong person or clearly these employees have no idea what they are doing. Another note this could have been avoided if I would have been addressed and welcomed from when i walked in. Truly a horrible experience!!! Definitely the new management neeeds a training

Read moreI didn't like anything about this. We are on a trip here from Colorado and wanted something to eat late. They slipped the menu under out or hotel room door so we decided to order there after a few failed attempts out on the town looking for food. First issue, the guy who answers the phone was rude to my wife But she was patient. We ordered and waited... 1hr... And after the deciding we should call and check on the food, they said "any minuite". So we waited.. 30 more mins... We get a call saying the order was downstairs in the lobby... I go down cheerfully as I am still starving.. The guy can't speak English.. A +! Look through the food and find the did not bring 2 of the meals that were ordered and brought a pizza we did not ordered.. What the he**! Horrible service! I call the restaurant and ask what's the deal with the order! He say what did I order so I start going through our list and he cuts me off and tries to tell me something and I shut him up! And said sir I was talking extremely upset! And he was quiet. I told him how they completely jacked up my order and took 1 and 1/2 hours to get the jacked up order here were I have to argue with the guy on the phone. He ask, how much was the bill. I said 37 for a jacked up order. I said we can make a deal because I'm starving and the guy is here. He said, give the driver $30. I said deal. No tip. They can tip the driver....
Read moreThe pizza is amazing. The person named Tree I believe and the other workers and pizza makers are amazing! Very kind and hard working. However, I would caution against ordering for delivery. The delivery drivers are awful they have an awful attitude. We tried this place for the first time ordered delivery and we live ten minutes away. It took the delivery driver more than an hour to get to our house and obviously the pizza came cold. We were upset at first but then called the store to see what was going on. Tree was very kind said she could send a replacement. However, the driver REFUSED. REFUSED to deliver the replacement pizza and I’m guessing claimed we lied. I had given a tip before and we were going to tip him more for the trouble. Then they tried getting another delivery driver to take it and he said no. I couldn’t believe it. Tree apologized and said to ask for her if we wanted to get pizza again. We went in person and it was an amazing experience! So like I said it’s better to go in person rather than delivery. I hope the owner is aware that their delivery drivers have awful attitudes and make the people at the actual restaurant work harder than they need to.
