Tony are your brother I forget his name this is Charles I was in there last night on the 30th September very displeased with the service I was told 20 minutes I understand it was a Saturday night but when I got there I have like a $50 order like a lot of times that I do three pizzas and breadsticks had to wait on a third Pizza one of the pizzas wasn't even done I was questioned by several of your employees what pizza is it what's my name? The pizza seem to be undercooked like it has one time before the trying to get free pizza out of you or any other Pizza joint but just the way I was treated inside the restaurant like it was a liar about the third Pizza as I spent this money out that's been all the time I don't feel that I can come back there anymore it's just not worth it the breadsticks were all soggy the pizza soggy undercooked I don't know what the hell's going on in there now but I want it from a very satisfied customer of yours to a very unsatisfied and it just wasn't one of the pizza it was all the food and it appeared to be undercooked my wife got sick my son that loves your pizza that tells me Dad don't get no pizza nowhere else but Paisano's said it didn't taste the same it made him feel nauseous I don't know like I said I'm the type of person I want good quality food with the money I spent for my family and I'm sure you know how I am telling you the same way but I can't I cannot go on ordering food like this from I have seen where your 14 Street has bad views from a lot of people versus your one on the island I don't know what it is but like I said I started out with very happy being a customer of yours very disappointed in the quality of the food is being a regular customer I don't feel that I need to be...

They messed up my order the first time and took over 2 and a half hours to deliver. When i called to get an eta the girl on the phone was rude and said it gets there when the driver gets there. Then when order got here i was missing two desserts. Called back she was rude again said she would send him back i waited all night never came back and when i called again she was like idk what to tell you. Next day i call and the manager offers to replace the two desserts along with an xtra large pizza. When i give them the benefit of the doubt and order again i ordered alot because we had company and only expected the desserts and xl pizza to be covered. I repeated my order three times and when my husband picked it up the girl gave him attitude about the desserts that we had paid for before (like as if we were trying to scam her) and then they comped the smallest pizza on the order and MESSED that order up… i call back i said im missing my wings shes like well idk what to tell you i read the order back bla bla…...

Their pizza and bread is normally really good. But twice now I have ordered and it has taken almost 2 hours to be delivered. This most recent time, we received old cold pizza, wings, and bread. The bread is rock solid and the pizza is shriveled and burnt. It's like they forgot about it in the heat tray for an hour. Didn't even get the sauce we ordered. Contemplating disputing the transaction as it was so bad and delivered so far outside of "max delivery time" as their website says. Not to mention their "special" was $19.99 but has increased to $26.99 and they charge a $5.00 delivery fee.

EDIT- They have upped the price of their special to $30 and upped the price of their delivery fee to $7 since the hurricanes have come through. That's really supportive to everyone who is looking to get food after a natural disaster. Plus charging a credit card fee. My total for delivery before tax, tip, and delivery was $41 and change.
