**Update: Shortly after this was posted a new manager from a different store has been working this location. She is attentive to the store and customer a full selection of the product available now. This is a huge improvement to store and staff. Happy to be coming here again. Thank you for listening
I have been a frequent flyer of this location for several months now and feel I have a good understanding of the dynamic here. I order for my three kids one to two times a week from here. It is pretty consistently very slow and very low on chips. It does take a long time to typically get recognition from an employee, attitude is a hit or miss. Cleanliness is not the greatest. They have now added a lid that covers your view of the food so you can not really see the cleanliness or condition of your meats when ordering. They hardly put tuna on a sub I always have to pay $3 more for my daughter to get a normal amount of tuna. today they were out of meatballs in the middle of the day around lunch time and the attitude was less than favorable. They had only a few cookies made for purchase and to top it off the woman making my subs literally stopped to do other multiple (5-6 times) things including opening a safe to handle money in the middle of making my kids food. Read moreThis location has turned bad since they started hiring new people. I like my cookies soft and for some reason some people overcook the raspberry cookies. So, when I place my order and pick it up, I ask them to change the cookies if they are over cooked before they even put it in the cookie box. The new boy argued with me stating that its already in inventory and he cannot change them even if I am unsatisfied. And also said he will get fired if he changes them...... I have been going to this store for over 2 years...... Never had an issue before until now. Since the full staff of new hires my order is constantly wrong. Here comes the funny part. I decided to just go ahead and eat the cookies and just don't go back. BUT I FOUND HAIR BAKED in my cookie and then when I called about it, he said "omg I'm sorry I know what happened was it the oatmeal cookies" I stated no it was the raspberry and his response was I'm sorry I was think of someone else and offered me more cookies or a voucher...... Read moreI arrived when it first opened a little bit after 9:00 a.m. I spent the time through the drive-thru to make my selections on what I want. I waited a little bit more than 10 minutes for it to be prepared. Open one of the sandwiches and it was a mess. Oversaturated with ranch neither sandwich was marked so you didn't know which was which. I'm trying to upload these pictures. I might have would have understood if it was a busy day even then that's just atrocious. This was early morning and no other customers. No she refunded me for both of my sandwiches. She should have never handed nothing out the window like that. But the main thing that I'm most irritated about it's not only I don't get what I wanted she wasted my time my time is just as important as hers. Now I have to scramble and find something else for breakfast and something else for lunch.
