If I could give a negative review I would. From start to finish customer service was abysmal. We ordered food from the drive thru the employee taking the orders stood under a tent roughly 10 feet away from the menu board waiting for us to drive to her to place the order. Since she wouldn't walk to the car we had to memorize the order. Then when placing the order she corrected my husband 3 times on his phrase "plain hot dog with ketsup" telling him that's not a plain hot dog. We were baffled why she was argumentative instead of simply putting in the order. Also had a Chicago dog with 3 items to be removed which she repeated back to us, confirming the order correctly. She did not tell us which window to drive to so we stopped at the 1st one which had the window open, no sign indicating to go anywhere else. We waited, 3 employees walking by the window not stopping, another car behind us started honking.. finally an employee came to the window and said "can you pull fwd to the next window". No problem, we did. She begins giving us the order reading it back. She did not mention 1 of the items that should have been removed that was told and repeated back at time of order that I have a contact allergy to. Rather than politely saying I apologize we'll fix it, she said, you're supposed to tell us you have an allergy. When we stated we did state that and was repeated back when ordering she said ok. She walked away came back and said "here".. I asked if that item was simply removed or if it was a fresh hot dog, she said it was just picked off. So again explained the contact allergy and would need a fresh one made. She was aggravated by this and told us " your going to need to pull forward". So we did so. She comes outside with the new hot dog that now only has 1 item removed but still has the other 2... My husband went inside at this point to have a manager address this, again no apology just remade, no discount or anything for all the trouble. Finally tasted it, soggy bun that was almost soupy couldn't even eat it. Rude employees who don't listen to the orders, are more keen on being argumentative with customers instead of simply creating a friendly welcoming atmosphere and getting orders correct and lastly the food was awful. We will not be returning and warn others before trying this...
Read moreThis place needs better management. We stopped here for a quite bite over the weekend. Though ordering at the kiosk was super convenient, the rest of our experience was horrible.
Our order was nothing crazy - a large chicken sandwich meal, an extra chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, large fries, and side of cheese but somehow took 45 minutes to have in hand. While waiting for our food, we watched our bag get skipped time and time again. The person who was cooking the fried food items, was also filling the fries/chicken tender containers but never actually placed any of them in the bags waiting to be filled with the items. Then when the person next to her would stuff the bags with burgers/sandwiches, the order of the bags would get all mixed up, which put new orders in front of pending orders.
When someone finally noticed us still standing there waiting and clearly frustrated, they asked what we ordered, then claimed the hold up was the side of cheese. When that was finally taken care of and we were finally handed our bag, it was missing our chicken tenders order.
At this point, I was super annoyed and asked the person where the manager is because it was so disorganized. She apologized and claimed there is no order and they just grab bags at random, then offered us a slice of cake (which was nice but no thanks) and then went on to cook the chicken tenders. By time we got our tenders, the other food items cooled off and the tenders ended up being rock hard.
If I could leave 0-stars, I would. This place is a huge waste of money and time. You're better off stopping at...
Read moreFinally came here for the first time. Didn't know what to expect but was pleased with the Chicago style ballpark grub. There's other stuff too but that was the vast way for me to categorize it. I picked a regular chili cheese dog, which you can see in my picture. This was not pleasant unwrapping to see half of my chili and cheese stuck to the wrapper. They could have done a basket or something instead of laying it on its side and rolling it up. But don't let the presentation take away from the taste. It was a great chili cheese dog and for $4 I can't hold it against them too much... well maybe I can. I did get a little annoyed as well when I tried to order a beer. I waited behind a gentleman who had been waiting a while already. We talked about 5 minutes about craft beers before he just went and sat down. I continued to wait another 5 minutes until someone finally came over that was allowed to pour beer. I should have mentioned we were the only people in line and there was a female employee standing in at the counter the whole time, but apparently she couldn't pour beer. So will I go again? Honestly we don't eat out enough that I think I ever will. This experience wasn't something I'm going to want to replicate on another date night or during my lunch break, and since in this location you can drive 5 minutes in either direction and pass 15 places to eat on each side of the road, I'll probably just go with something else. Unless I really want a chili cheese dog, and I'll go here, because the only other place that has one I like is sonic and I hate that sonic....
