Manager is a flat out liar on his own actions his coworkers actions and any actions of others and continues to lie about what his coworkers actions were in plain attempt to put all the blame on his coworkers instead of take fault in his own actions as well as he denied to review back the camera on a missing item to give physical proof that he was in fact wrong , and that I was able to point out step by step every action that went on in "his " store he is the "manager" on shift at store #5197 @ 1710 west Brandon Blvd fl , 33510 on shift time 7:35:36 pm on date 09-18-2024 and I can say to a accurate note of even who did what at wat time in wat order mind u I paid a total of $41.61 on my whole order so yeah I'm going to come back after I get my kids settled with their food because I haven't even yet to touch my food I've only gotten to taste my drink when finally got to getting myself to my food We were only missing one item and he said he had put the item in my bag which was one bag out of everything else individually wrapped and not even bagged together to plainly state it all was my order so I had to hold childs hand as well as my wallet and try to bag everything one handed by my self as fast as I could , not even being able to make sure it's all there at the counter just trying to make sure anything I took off that counter had my name and my name only because I was not trying to take anyone else's food not thinking to check and make sure it was all there while trying to juggle a toddler . Read moreI usually love Wawa and never have a problem with the food or service , however just the other day while I was there my friends and I left just mad and irritated . My boyfriend and his friend were there to buy drinks. I tagged along because I had been at work all day and hadn’t eaten. I was ordering food from the kiosk which is all the way across the store while my boyfriend was paying for his drinks. The lady at the register demanded not just asked but rudely demanded to my boyfriend that because he was buying more than one drink that she see my ID as well. I was only with my boyfriend when we walked in the store , after that what he does and buys is his business. WE ARE TWO SEPARATE PEOPLE. She refused to let him buy the drinks despite him showing his legal ID all because I left mine at home since I was just coming to get a salad and didn’t think my boyfriend buying alcohol for himself and his friends had anything to do with me. Read moreWouldnt go again, went in to pay for gas on a pump someone just used, went outside and it wouldnt pump, asked the same cashier if she could reload it on the pump so i could try with regular gas, customer service associate Sonya stated there was no regular or premium gas only diesel’s, which was a complete utter lie. i said okay thats fine. went outside and tried it on the insert card on the pump and it worked, i went inside to try and get a refund for my previous purchase since i was charged but never got the fuel and had to pay again for the gas i just put in my car, she then states she needs her supervisor to authorize and then a few moments later after doing nothing but looking around helpless like a puppy she tells me my refund with be procossed in a few days knowing well she didnt do anything on her end and didnt even tell me to put my card in,. i then asked for my receipt and this worker really couldnt even print out the correct receipt.she gave me the wrong receipt.if this ever finds you Sonya. learn to do your job and stop lying to customers, i had to call wawa and my bank to dispute a charge she so called refunded , would avoid this cashier at all cost and would rather wait an extra 10 min then to deal with her...
