IMPORTANT‼️‼️‼️‼️Horrible I ordered a Mangu that cost $20 supposed to be delivered by Uber when I placed the order I wrote on comments special instructions TO BE SURE they added the “sofrito “ correct AS the only one time I ordered before was THEY DID NOT!!!! And also they sent me a totally disgusting avocado all black looked like worms beginning to grow their woman employee who called me said the chef is gone he prepared the food early snd leaves so we CANNOT DO IT. I SAID OK THEN CANCELED THE ORDER THEREFORE THE ORder WAS NEVER prepared or SENT I ALSO CALLED UBER THE MOST DIFFICULT AND OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE to DEAL WITH THEY SAID CALL THE RESTAURANT WE CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOOD DELIVERY AND TIP. I LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY THEY WOULD HAVE HAD TO GET ME OPRN THE GATE TO GET IN AND I HAVE A RING CAMERA at MY DOOR therefore OF COURSE NEVER DELIVERED THE FOOD I CALLED THE restaurant and spoke with the owner who told me yes we like to use dash because we always have problems with Uber and he was well aware I never received the and not to charge or refund me me the money because Uber collects the funds and send them next day I called the man again 3 more days as he said he never received the money from Uber I spoke with with someone named Tito at the restaurant assist mgr and again called the owner don Enrique he slammed the phone on my ears and said called Uber don’t bug me

Be careful people about that place how them and Uber steal your money I will dedicated every day oí can to take pictures of that place not very clean and their bad service to post and how the owner steals 25.00 from customer and be so nasty and Uber needs to know they want customers to use dash not Uber. We customers have no protection from these big companies but I am contacting the DPBR. BBB AND THE FLORIDA STATE ATTY CONSUMER Complaint AS TO how these Hispanic restaurants in Kissimmee behave THEY ARE Robbing CUSTOMERS WILL ALSO CTC DEPT OF HEALTH TO INSPECT THEIR FILTHY PLACE AND inadequate STAFF OR RUNNING A BUSINESS. Placed an order today 4:54 pm. Order #02 I arrived to pick up the order and bring it home. Upon unbagging the order at home the rice & beans were missing to my specific meal we ordered about 4-5 meals. And the beans given for 5.99 was extremely small.

I drove all the way back to inform them the meal was missing the rice and beans if they can remake the order for me since I’ve just had to drive all the way back, and if I can have the correct beans I live 30-40 min away. The server tells the active manager Tito what has happened, Tito arrives to inform me he is going to check the cameras because the kitchen staff is stating they included everything and he needs to find out who is telling the truth….

At this point I’m now waiting for Tito to conduct his investigation For RICE AND BEANS, After sometime he returns to go to the chefs and come back and tell me they made a mistake. So he makes me wait only to receive rice and beans and no chicken. I inform him the chicken was made and picked up an hour ago I was hoping to receive the meal fresh since I am now going to have to eat this with cold chicken from 1 hr ago what am I suppose to do? He stated for me to rewarm the chicken because he knows if he makes the chicken fresh I will keep the one at home and eat it another time. You would think for the massive inconvenience of having to come back twice I would’ve received the food fresh. No that was not the case, after making me seem at fault even seeing on camera I was telling the truth.

I’ve been coming here for years and have never encountered such unprofessional unempathetic terrible customer service. Tito stated to go home and come back with the chicken so he can make it fresh…. I don’t think the active manager even understands how to deescalate or provide ANY customer service.

I will never again come back here to pick up food for my family again, nor will I recommend and in fact will not suggest my relatives and friends to ever come or cater...

Outdoor area very loud with karaoke like to much. Went inside to a tight seating area. Waiters were like talking on top of you. Would of honestly given better review if the waiter wasn’t rude (blonde one other two were nice). ordered an app never came out asked the waiter said food was made in order thought the apps should of came out sooner then entrees. But seems like she never even put the app in. Specifically explained to the waiter all I wanted for my child was grilled chicken and white rice they threw like a pound of onions over her chicken and half her plate was decorated with a mix salad with more onions. I ordered a churassaco well done more then half of it was medium again half the plate was of the mix salad with dressing dripping on ur meat. Very sloppy! Overall food took forever to come out, Service stunk, would not recommend at least on a weekend. Honestly maybe if the waiter would of done her job adequately the outcome would of been different. Helps to be nice to your customers or treat them at least how they are...
