My recent experiences at Quigs Meats and Eats have been nothing short of delightful, compelling me to share my thoughts on this local gem. Initially drawn in by the classic cheeseburger and New Yorker burger, my expectations were not only met but exceeded. The burgers were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, while the accompanying fries and tater bombs added a satisfying crunch to the meal.
The enthusiasm for Quigs didnât just end with me; my husband, too, was so impressed that he showcased his meal to his coworkers during a video conference call, sparking a lively discussion about the food. We liked Quigs so much that we returned to check out the breakfast offerings. The tacos, burritos, and breakfast bowl were a hit, earning high praise from the entire family.
The kids, having heard so much about the fries, were so eager to try them themselves that we actually went back again that evening to pick up a couple of to-go orders with fries that did not disappoint.
What sets Quigs apart, aside from their mouth-watering menu, is the palpable passion and hospitality of the owners. Their down-to-earth demeanor and evident pride in their culinary creations made our wait for the to-go breakfast order not just bearable but enjoyable. Itâs clear that Quigs isnât just a restaurant; itâs a place where food is made with love and served with a smile.
We are already planning our next visit, eyeing the specials with anticipation. The mahi salad sounds so good and I've got to try the churro with raspberry sauce!
Last thing I want to note is that since moving to Florida five years ago, I've come to realize that Quigs, like many other fantastic restaurants, is nestled in a sort of strip mall space that used to turn me off (they're actually part of a little strip connected to the gas station). Now, I've learned that the real gems are located in the most unlikely places, and not to judge a book...

To start off with their burgers are made the combination of Angus beef and ground chuck, and the patties come out about a full quarter inch tall. You can double stack them, which my son and I did on this first visit of ours. He loved the double stack, but I thought it was almost too much. So you make your choice, you canât go wrong with either.
A little about the restaurant. it is counter serve, itâs fairly small, but itâs ridiculously clean and service was wonderful. When we were there, we were served by Jade and was friendly, engaging and clearly wanted to make sure we had the best experience. When I told her we wanted to try all the different sauces with our fries, she didnât hesitate and came back with a smallsamples of each. Hats off to her.
But you wanna know about the food:
(I should tell you that all of the sauces are homemade, back in the kitchen.)
Ranch - good, really good Honey Mustard - love, but I love honey mustard Spicy Ranch - another good one Coconut - different, but I just donât think theyâre good for fries, Iâm sure theyâd be fantastic on seafood, specially shrimp Tartar - perfection Q - Sauce - hands down FAVORITE, delicious. Ultimate Burger - my son was in heaven, big thick slices of bacon, with all the fixings. The two patties stood about a half inch tall without the bun.. Double patty burger - I did to make your own version comment and as I said before, maybe a little too much meat for me, so when I go back, Iâm gonna go for the single.
Thereâs a lot to love about the spot, the cleanliness, the service, the homemade sauces, but the real draw is the burgers.
Iâm already planning my...
Read moreMy family and I absolutely LOVE Quig's! First impressions upon entering in were amazing. It's so clean and bright and nicely decorated. A very cozy place to get some delicious food. We started with the pork rinds and cheese as an appetizer and it was fantastic. The pork rinds were fresh and so well seasoned! I could eat that everyday and never get tired of it! My husband and I both went with the New Yorker burger. I had mine in a lettuce wrap. This was one of the best burgers we've had! So flavorful and juicy and the quality of food here is exceptional. My eldest went with boneless wings with garlic parm sauce and the little one had tenders and fries. Both happy with their choices! Everyone loved their food! The owner is so kind and generous. She walked us through the menu and made us feel so welcome. You can't go wrong with impeccable service, top notch quality food and a relaxing atmosphere. This was one of the very best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant and we will be telling everyone about Quigs and we cannot wait to come back! I pray you guys are VERY successful. Your hard work and dedication is apparent and it translates so well in the food and the service you provide. Thank you...
