Sango — Restaurant in Florida

I used to eat here at least once a month. The service was sub-par, but the food was tasty. Plus, I love to support small business. But these people must've forgotten what customer service, or common sense is... One day I stop in to order oxtail. This comes with pigeon peas, plantains, and a salad. Well, this particular day, they were out of plantains. The cashier mentioned it after I paid. I said [half] jokingly "since I didn't get everything that I paid for, would you mind giving me a bit more pigeon peas or small piece of oxtail? They had the nerve to tell me that there were NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Then I got serious... I mentioned that it wasn't a sub, my order was incomplete. Honestly, I would've taken anything. But their total disregard for a paying customer was enough for me to calmly ask for my money back, and subsequently drive a couple of blocks down the road to satiate my oxtail craving with one of their...

Don’t eat from this place I eat from there on May 23, 2019, I feel sick for days and still feeling sick right now today is May 25, 2019. After eating the food I noticed right away like they put some Chemical in my food my throat and head started feel strange. Thursday evening on my way to work I called to order some brown stew chicken I make the cashier know that couple days before I order the same thing and it was mostly bones in my plate. Always follow tour first mind. Unfortunately, Carribean delight was closed down today. So. I decided to go to sango for stew fish. Let’s just say where is the stew. What kind of stew that is. I’m super disappointed in the taste and the time they took to prepare such a disgusting dish. How long they took they went to keys caught it out ocean then prepared. Now, if you going to take that long. Make sure your food is grade AAA. And too top it off 25 and some change for what. I don’t mind for delicious food. My hard earned money going down the drain.
