Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

Ordered online. 1 Pepperoni and Mushroom and 1 Black Olive and Mushroom. Arrived to pick up and got... 1 Double Pepperoni and 1 Pepperoni and Black Olive ???????????????? "Oh, we ran out of Mushroom. So we GAVE you Pepperoni. " (big smile) ???????????????? Seriously?!? The employees decided to GIVE us Pepperoni?!? I asked why they put meat on a pizza that we didn't want meat... The employee then got an attitude with me as if he had done me some favor, and I was supposed to thank him... Little Ceasars requires a phone number to place the order. Why weren't we called and given the choice of different toppings??? My wife said to just take it. We were all hungry. So, in addition to not being what we ordered, pizza was not good at all. This Message is for the Top Manager. Why I give a 1 Star .. For the Phone off the hook Saturday's and Sunday's they never ANSWER..try for Yourself on Saturday & Sunday. Now the Food Quality is a 4 Star .."When they listen to put light tomato sauce." But when it comes to answering the Phone ... O Stars .. For the Past 5 Week's. Yes I said 5 Week's. I've placed calls to this Exact location. It's close and convenient but. Every SATURDAY & SUNDAY is the SAME thing. They NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. Do you understand How Inconvenient it is to make an order and wait outside for 15mins for the order to be made because someone decides to disconnect the phone so no Orders are called in. Or placed so all the younger employee's can be on there phones instead of answering...

This place isn't what it used to be. I placed my order around 6:10 PM. Pickup was bw 6:45 PM and 6:55 PM. Arrived at 6:48 PM Did not see my name on the pickup screen so asked at the counter. Clerk said it would be ready in 10 minutes. At 7:00 PM, I asked again. The clerk supposedly went to ask. I asked again at 7:15 PM A lady that placed her order in the store at about 7:00 PM received her order before I did. Then the manager came out to the counter. He started looking and found my order. My order had been sitting for I don't know how long. I left this location, totally frustrated, at 7:27 PM. By the time I arrived at home the Pizzas were cold and soggy. I wish I could...
