After waiting in line for about 30 minutes to receive my food (which is fine because they cook it when you order it) and after receiving terrible customer service from the guy that took the order.... we received our food and placed it in the trunk of our car. Once we got home I had 3 hungry children to feed aswell as a husband and myself. Opened the pan of chicken only to find that it was ALL BURNT! I was disappointed and the kids began to cry out of frustration because we had to take the food back. Mind you...we spent $56.00 on this and always spend $50 bucks or better when we go. Once back at the store I excused myself and asked for a supervisor or someone from the back because the cashier acted like she didn't see me walk in with two pans of their food. I waitied...and waited. Who I assumed was the cook was cleaning out the grease and came up to the counter bout 3 times just to look/glance at my food and then walk away each time. Then the cashier left and my ignorance started to kick in. After waiting bout 3 more minutes I YELLED OUT...CAN A SUPERVISOR OR SOMEONE COME HELP ME?!!. Then the guy who came to look at my food but never addressed me said "yeah what's the problem". HOLD UP!, You came over here three times already and ain't say two words to me and your the supervisor, I asked. I dont want to talk to you. Another guy came up and attempted to replace 40 pieces of burnt garbage that most of you wouldn't feed to your dog. Long story short..I felt so disrespected and became so upset and will not return to this snappers ever again. You thought it was ok to give a paying customer 40 pieces of burnt chicken, dress it, and wrap it up and not think anything of it. They knew they burnt it because they were throwing away the grease by the time I returned. The service was horrible and that made the experience that much worse. I had to click on 1 star in order to leave a review. Snappers get 3 thumbs down and a...
Read moreI purchase the whole snapper dinner from the location on 160th Street. As I started eating, I smelled a foul scent. I picked up the fish and pulled back the skin and the smell was a spoiled fishy smell. They were closed when I called. The next day I spoke to someone who said the manager was not in. A couple days later, I spoke to the manager and he said there is no way it was bad. I said maybe you don't sell lots of the whole fish because I had other meals that were fine, but this one was bad. He was defensive about it and said I should have come back in. I told him I threw it away because they were closed. He was not willing to do anything to resolve the issue. Although I have eaten there before and not had a problem, because of this manager's attitude I will never eat there again. Also, I am not willing to risk my life with food poisoning for a...
Read moreI was in the area doing some dental work and wanted some seafood so I found Snappers. I’ve never been to this chain before and let me tell you, the girl taking my order through the drive thru was rude. Besides the fact there was a truck running on the side bc of some construction to the road, so after the 3rd time of trying to order I had to scream bc she kept saying she couldn’t hear me. I asked if there was a meal with shrimp and rice , she had an attitude the whole time of me asking 1 question. For future customer service I would suggest shutting off the mic before yelling DAMN so the person ordering decides to never try this place again. Spent $20 on blan fries , shrimp was ok and rice was some Cajun rice with some slim crab meat and a couple...
