Santino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Florida

I was really craving this place because I haven't been in a while and being pregnant I want to eat everything. So disappointed how soggy it was, first of because there's a reason why they give you a time to get the food done which it said 7:09-7:19 pm but it was ready at 6:55. I was running errands and I didn't want our food soggy and was really going between 7:09 time at least to give me time to get there. When I got there at 7:10 everything was ready except for one of the grinder which is steak because they said they didn't have any so they had to wait for him to find out what he wants to replace with it??? Why not call? I provided a phone number! So that took another 10 minutes to make. Which made my other sandwiches sit there for 25 minutes!!!! On top of that they forgot my kid's drink and cookie since I ordered a kid's meal which they said they can give me when I visit again.....when a kid doesn't get what they wanted to eat, it upsets them! But the main thing I was very mad about are my soggy foods. We had to reheat things to get that crunch back which did help but I was too hungry to care at that point. It would've been good had it...

Pensacola is a seafood town, but what about pizza? I found santinos off the street while touring, since I am a fan of pizza I stopped by. Located in a strip mall center, the outside looks ordinary with the name. I went inside, the aroma of pizza ingredients filled your lungs. The menu is simple and ordering eas fast. The female employee was nice but seem uninterested in working.

I had their version of a meat lovers and the ingredients tasted very fresh. The sauce was a bit sweet with no spice. The cheese melted nicely on the pizza and not too stringy like most cheese. The Buffalo chicken was great too but gave a little bit of heartburn. The experience was great overall.

The place is clean, well maintained. It is a pizza place that lacked a theme to represent what this restaurant is. Spacing is nice. They bring you the food at your table. They accommodate requests. My only problem with this experience was the one customer who brought dogs into the restaurant. The dogs were not service dogs and the dog customers could've went outside on the patio to dine. But then again, maybe that's how they do things...

Horrible experience. Paid over $50 got home with pizzas and one was missing toppings and condiments(taco pizza). Called and the man on the phone was very rude. Said I could come back later to get the sour cream and salsa.. and completely disregarded the fact that even then it wasn't going to be correct. Dude hung up on me then they wouldn't answer the phone. My husband went back up there to get the pizza fixed and was welcomed by adisgruntled employee (assumably the same one that hung up on me) pushing another employee and cussing loudly as he walked out the door. The manager on duty did replace the pizza but offered no emotion or apology for the Interactions. I attempted to email the company about the visit only to receive an unable to deliver message for a week straight. We wont be back to the davis highway location. There are plenty of other pizza places around. Not once have I had a bad experience at...
