Smoothie King — Restaurant in Florida

This place was really nice. It was clean and smelled really good. Their shelves were totally stocked too. I ordered the Angel Food 32 oz smoothie and added half of a power pack which has Vitamin B12, caffeine, and ginseng. I also ordered an all natural banana bread. Both we're really good and the guy who was there was really knowledgeable. We also received a visit from a really cute squirrel outside who was standing outside the door at us. Hopefully some day they will open up a location near where I live. I found out a lot of Smoothie Kings were franchises instead of corporate stores. I ordered a curbside order today and when I drove up to the place I called the store and a girl named Brianna picked up and said she didn’t have the order and that I’d have to call back in 10 minutes. So I did, and she still didn’t have it and kept making excuses that it didn’t go through the system and that she had no control over it. Mind you I literally had the confirmation email of my order, my card was charged for it, and she refused to make my order despite these evidences. She couldn’t even give me a refund because a manager wasn’t there. Why would you put a girl alone in a store that can’t even solve minor issues like this? I stopped in with a friend that wanted a smoothie and as soon as we opened the door we got the biggest slap in the face. The slap was the foul odor of sewage. It smelled like a dirty porta potty & soiled baby diapers. Disgusting. The entire location smelled so bad. We asked the cashier why it smelled so bad and he was hesitant and said that there's a pipe nearby and pointed to the floor. How are you opened and selling "health food" with this smell??? We obviously did not get anything and left. First & last time I will ever go to one of these places.
