Smoothie King — Restaurant in Florida

What would change this from 1-star to 5-star rating for me, would involve this location being hyper focused on delivering a friendly, welcoming environment for its customers. I can place a mobile order, walk inside, grab my drink, and walk out without ever being acknowledged. When I order inside, the only greeting I receive is “What can we get ya?” The only discussion I frequently hear the employees discuss is among themselves and usually about labor or related jargon. Another note I’ll share is for some reason, this is the only location that will include an additional charge for substituting blueberries for dates. It depends on who’s working if their substituted or included as an add-on, but it definitely steers me to only mobile order at this location so that I never have to worry about the potential conflict. Not sure what's going on with this location. The last two times I have been here my smoothies have not been made correctly, both made within a few days apart..The first time is was extremely liquidity like water...was terrible.. The 2nd time it was way too icy! Couldn't go through the straw!. I think the employees maybe need to be better trained on how to make these smoothies. Disappointed to say the least..I always went to smoothie King because it was always my favorite but not here recently...And they are more expensive out of the smoothie places...Please train better...edit: So I just visited this location again.I placed an online order...I got to the window and tried to use one of my healthy reward points and was told I couldn't because I placed it online! I go to Smoothie King at Durbin Pavilion often and have always been happy until last night. I went through the drive thru at about 7:50pm. A recording said they were closed. I couldn’t believed they closed before 8:00 on a Sunday so I drove to the front to look at the hours. The workers were still inside cleaning up. The sign said open and on the door it said they were open until 8:00. Since I had driven there just for something to eat, I knocked on the door. A younger guy came to the door. I asked why they were closed when it said they were open until 8:00. He said they just wanted to get home a little early. WOW! I told him that was upsetting since that wasn’t the advertised hours.
