Worst experience I e ever had with sonic .. I order through Uber eats two weeks ago a breakfast burrito meal which is almost ten dollars and had three little piece of sausage other then that it was good .. I came through the drive through this morning and ordered the same thing but this time remembered my last order so I asked how much would an extra sausage be she said 1.50 so I agreed after I told her on the intercom there was almost no sausage on my last order … she said yes we will put extra this time and not complimentary as it should be but if you pay the extra 1.50 so I said that’s fine I’ll pay it … she was nice gave me my food I bit into it tasted sausage but didn’t seem like much so I opened it up as you can see and it Was again 4 tiny little piece that they put up front so when you eat it in the beginning tricking you that there is more sausage .. so I was a little upset and turned around came back and went again after waiting 30 min for three cars because they obviously don’t care about being quick and efficient. I finally get to the window and tell her I ordered extra sausage and didn’t get it .she said open it up for me so I did she looked at it and didn’t say a word just walked away .. then I had a guy that looked like he just came out of a music video with tattoos all over his face say let me see I said ok as I showed him he said yep that’s about right that’s what extra sausage is I watched them make it and they put a full patty in not a half we only do half of patty .. I said so your telling me I payed 1.50 for what two extra piece that are cut up the size of my finger nail . He said yep that’s the way it goes and that’s what we do here .. I said that’s ridiculous he said ya man I see what you’re saying I would feel the same way .. I said ok so now what I have to deal with it and move on it is what it is … he said YEP that’s what it is and going to be .. as I said ok sir no problem I’ll be leaving a review he said ok as I was driving off slowly he sticks his head out the window and yells I was gonna make you a new one but ok like he was laughing at me …. I never leave reviews but I had to I will never ever go back to sonic and I have two kids me and my family go to Sonic’s 2 times a week it’s a shame because I will never step foot again if this is how they hire employees and let the ones they hire treat there customers like that . I’ve included a photo so you can see this is just embarrassing to a restaurant let alone me … please do not go there and get treated like this… and now that I look at it as you can see two tater tots a half of a slice of tom and looks like to me a half of a patty slice .. over 10.00 you have to be kidding me shame on that manager and shame on the cooks . Gave this spot a try with family in town and it was getting late with not many options. Placed an order through the app went to pick it up and was directed to the drive through. I received the first of two orders because we couldn’t order more than $75 in app and was given the small order first. A young guy came back a minute after handing me the small order and asked “what are you waiting on?” At this point I told him about the large order we placed. He came back with one tray and one drink handed it to me and looked completely annoyed. At this point I suggested if he didn’t want to do his job he could always leave. He threw a temper tantrum. I handed him the huge receipt and asked how he thought the order was done. At this point he got the “other manager” involved since he claimed to be one himself but he was here on his day off and obviously felt he shouldn’t be. The other manager brought out some more food and the rest of the drinks and insisted the only thing missing was anything with chili since they were out. Not even close. Got home and we were missing legitimately half the order. By this point it’s 10:30, we mark off the items on the receipt that were missing and my girlfriend’s daughter took it back to try to get the rest of the missing items. The same manager accused her of lying and shut the window in her face refusing to serve her. I wouldn’t even attempt to order at this location. The whole staff needs to be turned over and someone who actually cares needs to be put in charge. I don’t even know how the rating is as high as it is.

Don’t know why I’m bothering leaving a review just to receive the same default message from corporate about “we’re sorry for this experience.” No you’re not. Literally everyone complaining about the staff and the attitudes throughout these google reviews and corporate should do something about this location. Steer well clear especially later at night because the manager is useless, the monkeys are running the zoo and you can bank on your food being cold or incorrect. They can’t even make sure a slush is made correctly and their customer service line argues with you as much as the store does. What a disaster...
Read moreWaited a whole 25 minutes at the window, while I was there they repeated the wrong order to me several times. Lost my receipt and made me pay separately for my order. I had to repeat my order four times, to two different people at the window, after repeating my order several times at the speaker.
There was 8 employees(teenagers) working, not including the 1 manager. There was 1 person waiting for food inside. Two people parked waiting for food. And two cars in the drive thru, but somehow they were 'slammed.'
After spending 25 minutes just at the window and only receiving half my order. My mozzarella sticks were given to me cold, and my blast was melted. I went inside and they didn't even notice I had left the line! I told the manager about what happened and she asked if she could remake my order.
Um, I didn't even receive half my order? Why would I waste another hour of my life waiting for 9 people to make two small blasts and 1 small mozzarella stick.
While we were inside, a man was waiting 15 minutes for his tots, and the employees were standing around looking at food and saying 'I don't know where this goes.' 'I don't know who ordered this.'
It was chaos. I asked the manager for a refund which she obliged but I did notice on the monitor the people behind us had been waiting for 18 minutes and counting.
