Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Florida

I have been a frequent visitor to this Starbucks, primarily using it as a space to focus on my school work. However, during my recent visit, I couldn't help but notice some concerning issues that need attention.

Upon entering, I observed water leaking from one of the bathrooms, which was a bit disconcerting. Additionally, my experience was further marred when I witnessed what appeared to be a tense exchange between the new manager and one of the baristas. The manager's approach was both verbal and loud, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was clear that the barista was trying her best to assist, making the situation all the more distressing.

Despite these managerial challenges, I must commend the staff for maintaining a high standard of drink quality and efficient service. The beverage I ordered was enjoyable, and the speed of service was commendable.

However, it is disheartening to witness such incidents, as they undoubtedly affect the morale of the baristas and, consequently, the overall customer experience. I had such an amazing experience at this Starbucks on RT 70. I unexpectedly had to bring my vehicle into the tire kingdom right next door. I never planned on stopping anywhere so I had my dog with me. So he and I had to find something to do and we were both hungry and thirsty. I walked all around the entire strip mall and no one would let me in to just get a snack and water with my very laid-back old dog. I was surprised The manager at the Starbucks was so very nice about it and felt sorry for us both. Not only did he accommodate our vegan diet but he offered a free bottle of water and an empty soup cup for my dog Mason. I realized that only the very few Starbucks on the TV news are not accommodating. Oh, I forgot to mention my dog had a special leash and collar on that some people don't prefer to see these days but everyone in this Starbucks were just fine with it. Thank you Starbucks...

This is the best Starbucks in Bradenton by far. I've been to all of them many times over the course of several years and this one is always extremely quick, like you're through the drive through in 2 mins or less, the employees are over the top nice (especially the really energetic lady who takes drive through orders,) and they have never, not once messed up my drink while the other Starbuckses almost ALWAYSSS do something weird to my coffee to make it taste terrible.
