The allergic reaction I had today after being given dairy in my drink almost had me going to the ER. My throat still feels swollen. I always order a non-dairy chai, I'm sure that is what most employees know me by. It's hard to write a bad review for this location, but this is not the first time this happened and I'm done with trying to call and let the supervisor/manager know that there are ppl who are highly allergic to certain things and to please reiterate the importance of that to the employees. Maybe this review will be seen because surely we are not heard. I really loved this location, most of the employees are great. I hope to god I wasn't bothering anyone so much to ask for non dairy alternative that today they'd thought they would try to get me to drink dairy. The lady with long blonde hair that works here is extremely rude . They always mess up my order and they refuse to make it right. This morning I ordered a Venti Cappuccino with some whipped cream I got something that looks like latte and half a cup of a venti. I paid for venti and gave a medium if not smaller . This is not the first time . They ALWAYS mess up my coffee and refuse to correct my $8 drink. You should hire people that know how to make coffee. Teach them that cappuccino has espresso with FOAM milk enough to to hold the whipped cream. If i wanted a latte and half filled i would order one. This location cannot make a coffee correctly to save their life. My husband and I go separately on multiple occasions and every time we order coffee no matter how we order it, it still comes out awful. Sometimes they’ve even forgot to put in the milk. I just don’t understand the lack of consistency when ordering a drink straight off the menu. Tried adding things to it to see if they could make it taste like it should and nothing ever changes. The coffee always taste the same and it always taste like I’m just drinking a cup of straight coffee or straight milk. I’ve given this location dozens of opportunities to get it right and at this point I am just completely done. I am definitely boycotting...
