Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Soooo... went in to get a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong. there were two people there. one was making multiple sandwiches and the other in guess was there to get a check. the get a check person took my order, toasted it like I asked and then he just walked off. when I asked why he couldnt complete my order he simply said "oh the other person will complete my order" I asked why he couldnt do it......and in should note he simply made my sandwich and walked off like he just didnt care......and the other person stated "oh we have a system in place" well this "system " just cost them a faithfully customer. I've been coming to this subway since 2005 and never have I experienced the stupidity shown this evening.

After leaving I realized I was given somebody else's sandwich and had to go back. The manager offered me nothing for my troubles and even demanded I give the other sandwich back (despite them having to just throw it away because I already opened and touched it). A big hassle and bad customer service from the manager. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the girls behind the counter were friendly. Oh yeah, also a worker (that I'm guessing is new because he seemed to have trouble with everything, taking a long time and messing orders up) actually said "eww, gross" while making my sandwich. Where was the manager to explain how that's not appropriate? But just goes to show you what their own employees even think...

After almost 9 years of coming to this Subway, I actually keep coming back because of the outstanding customer service ecspecily by Julye and also the other staff that provide outstanding customer care!!!!! The quality of the food is excellent. I love Subway, to me since the 1980's they have always gone extremely skimpy on the meats and cheese( papper thin). You can get as much veggies as possible but I want the meat and cheese. It's been that way forever so, it's not because of the food I go back it's because sometimes I just need a smile from Jules and others. The sub is still delicious but after 40 years extremely skippy papper thin deli meat and cheese. I love you all. Sincerely Christopher Dunn...
