I came in at 10:45 today, 5/15. There is only one person working. I’ve been here many times before when there is only one person working and it was no problem at all. The people that work there are usually very friendly and laughing and talking with the people they are helping. But this guy you had working today made me feel like I was inconveniencing him when he came up to take my order. He walked over to me and just stood in front of me with a blank stare and didn’t say one word to me. I guess that was his way of saying how are you doing, what can I get for you. I ordered tuna like I usually do. This guy use the smallest scooper I have ever seen to scoop the tuna onto the sandwich. After scooping the tiniest scooper Into the tuna, he then took a knife and scrapes whatever tuna was on the scooper off. I hardly had any tuna on my sub. He then took a knife and mush the tuna into the sandwich. I’m talking about you could hardly see the tuna because it was smashed into the bread. He then aggressively pushed the sub down to the vegetables. He put exactly 8 pieces of spinach onto my sub. I then asked if I may have more. He looked at me like he wanted to rip my throat ou he put exactly 8 pieces of spinach onto my sub. I then asked if I may have more. He looked at me like I asked him to do something like climb the Empire State building. He then picked up about four or five more pieces of spinach and put it on the sub. I just wanted whoever is in charge of this restaurant to know that the guy they have working for them just lost them a customer. It was a horrible sub and a horrible experience. Read moreTERRIBLE!!! From the time we walked in we were made to feel as if we were anything but welcome. It appears we interrupted the employees phone time. As we ordered our subs we were given multiple eye rolls. With every topping requested, the employees attitude declined. The subs came out ok with the exception of all 3 being burnt due to being left in the over too long. Now, I can handle all of that as I am sure it's frustrating to have your phone time I terrupted at work when you are in a customer service position but what I can not understand is why my son, who has autism, and my wife and I were being given very dirty looks every time my son would stim. Yes, he makes humming sounds. Yes, he says silly things and yes, he moves around a lot but we had him under control. The dirty looks and pics poor attitude were COMPLETELY uncalled for! I do plan to contact corporate and let them know how this location treats guests with special needs as well as the families who are in there spending $60 on 3 sandwiches and sides.
