Unfortunately, I had to leave a star in order to even put a review. The customer service is horrible. My order is NEVER correct. Either completely wrong or items are missing. Because I order through DoorDash, there’s nothing anyone can do about it. I asked if they could deliver it since the mistake was on their part, and they told me they were too slammed to do that. When I walked into the building, there was one table and 3 employees were standing around talking about their weekend. If that is slammed to the restaurant, I hate to see what it’s like during the busy season. As a manager, I would’ve done everything in my power to correct the situation but that doesn’t happen here. He just babbled about the software and how it’s hard to see. Very disappointed...

My husband and I were visiting Naples and needed to get some lunch. He pulled into the Target parking lot hoping to find some restaurants. We saw a few, but Sunburst's cute and colorful patio drew us in. The inside was even cuter and more colorful with a tropical Mexican feeling. But the food's not Mexican. They serve breakfast, salads, and sandwiches. We both had wraps, which were delicious. The turkey was thinly sliced and plentiful and served on a spinach tortillas with a side of potato chips and fruit. The restaurant was pretty busy, which is understandable. Also, the staff was very friendly and the place was clean (including the bathroom, which was also wonderfully decorated to match the rest of the restaurant). We...
