Horrible customer service. I walked in and the cashier was nice enough at first then I ordered my deep dish pizza and I clarified I wanted cheese because I’m a vegetarian and didn’t want them to mistakenly give me a pepperoni deep dish, so I said “cheese deep dish” very clearly and she asked “cheese pizza” and I said “yes cheese” and then gave me a regular cheese pizza, it was in the traditional box but I didn’t really pay it any mind because I often assume I am in the wrong at first so I walked out the door and opened the pizza to look at it and make sure it was a deep dish and lo and behold, it’s a regular pizza. So I walk back in and get the woman’s attention and explained that I MADE THE MISTAKE and ordered the wrong pizza and I actually wanted a deep dish, there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier but over all she seemed to understand what I was explaining however instead of just correcting the order, as i was making it out to be a mistake on my part (when it really wasn’t) she was being incredibly defensive and rude towards me just straight up telling me that I didn’t order a deep dish (which it didn’t even matter anymore just give me my food) and I just stood there APOLOGIZING because I am not confrontational. I asked her nicely to take the pizza back and to get me a deep dish. she proceeded to have very rude body language, slamming the cash register and snatching my money from me while I literally stood there doing and saying nothing or provoking her in anyway and then she went to the back to make my deep dish which took her around 10 minutes (during my 30 minute break which i’ve already wasted around 15 minutes of) anyway she eventually gave me my pizza after the 10 minutes and I was actually scared that maybe she or one of the other workers had spit in my food or tampered with it in some way due to the time that it took and the laughing i heard in the back while they were making it. Read moreMy sister and I ordered lunch to be delivered at 12:56 as were both working and can't leave to pick it up. We kept checking on the tracker seeing it kept getting pushed back but we had no problem waiting, after an hour we checked again seeing our order was cancelled. My sister called the delivery support saying they could see where the store cancelled our order and they would issue a full refund (which apparently does not happen if you don't call). So my sister then called the store getting switched to a different person there at 1:36 and my sister said the app order number #519 for Stacy had been cancelled and the lady really aggressively said they didn't have an order for Daisy. So again my sister corrected her the name was Stacy not being hostile at all just trying to get this figured out then the lady told her we cancelled it and she didn't cancel anything. Which we had already been told it was cancelled from the store so if you didn't cancel it okay we just wanted to see what happened no need to be aggressive. After telling her the name was Stacy and not Daisy the lady said oh well I have that order right here if you want it you can come pick it up yourself and she hung up on us. Which we obviously can't do aka the reason we ordered delivery in the first place. I don't want to get anyone else in trouble but she didn't give us the time to even give her name. So needless to say we won't be ordering here...
Read moreOrdered and paid online. Went to pick up and pizza was not ready. Waited about 10 minutes before someone asked if they could help me. They didn't have my order so I showed him the confirmation on my phone. He looked at it then went to get two other two look at it. At this point my pizza was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. They said they were going to make it for me. They came back three times to ask me what my order was. Said it would be 7 minutes. After 10 minutes I came back inside to check on the pizza and they tried to charge me for it again. I had to show them the receipt on my phone. 35 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready I finally got it. My kids and I were starving but at least they got the order right....
