Son went to buy me a Sandwich, January 8th,2017 Sunday Night around 6pm gets home Sandwich tastes funny. Bread tastes old or something. Calls store talks with SalesPerson Christine. She tells me can come tomorrow for Refund. Explains it's my dinner and I just want another Sandwich...was told ok. Son goes back to store..Christine tell him she's talked with Manager, He needs to come back tommorrow with Receipt to talk with Manager. Why do I need to wait until tommorrow for Sandwich to Eat and Why do I need Receipt for a Sandwich you know you just Sold. Son comes back I call store once again..Talks with Christine again. Asked Didn't you say I could bring it back..she says yes, but I called my Manager and she said you have to wait until tommorrow .Then tells me I'm Not gonna lose my JOB for going over a Manager. I Explain you may Not Lose your JOB for going over Manager, But You may lose your Job when I show your Manager this Video of You Outside Wrapping a Car with Tomatoes and Plastic Wrap...REAL STORY!!! Read moreOk I usually love Subway but since none of their stores in Pensacola or Milton will answer the phone, maybe I can get a response on here. So I got a Subway pizza, which is probably the easiest thing they have to make. Sprinkle some cheese on, pop it in the oven, voila. I originally was in the drive through but came inside because she wasn’t understanding my question when I asked what kettle cooked chips do they have? Lol. Anyways, I checked out and left a tip. When I go to eat my food I see that instead of topping my pizza with mozzarella they used cheddar Jack and colby shredded cheese. Ummm guys? I thought this was common knowledge but maybe not in todays age. There was one other than me in the store. Like I said, I called 4 stores and no one answered so, thought whoever manages should know their employees don’t know what cheese...
Read moreIt is really frustrating when you try to patronize a business that you like & they don't follow their hours of operation. They see you pull up well within time to be served & they turn off the lights as to say we don't want your business but, tell you we are closed after you walk in. It makes you not want to return the next time you are hungry. This is not a 1 time thing, being that you hope it wouldn't happen over & over again. Is this how a customer should be treated? Are the hours posted flexible? I hope the owner takes note of this. You might have lost a regular customer, if that matters to you. Nobody wants to frequent where they aren't appreciated. This incident happened 2/8/24 right before 9p.m. Also, this employee seemed have a problem preparing my sandwiches the previous time...
