I swung by today for my usual coffee run, but of course, one of the guys was deep in a chat with the lady in front of me, causing a backup of ten cars. l overreacted a little in how I handled it, and I apologize for that, but i guess wasn't the only one who felt this way TODAY. Just four hours ago, someone posted a review identical to mine. Maybe it's time for them to stop brushing off complaints and actually talk to their staff about the ridiculous wait times. I thought I could quickly grab a drink before work, but l didn't expect to be stuck for 20 minutes as the second person in line. I was really frustrated, but now that I've calmed down, I won't let one bad experience dictate my intended actions. I just hope Mitch takes these multiple complaints seriously and uses them to improve his business. Friendly reminder you never know who knows who, so always present your business in a professional manner. Mitch genuinely seems like a good person and business owner. I do feel bad that i allowed my anger to get the best of me during that moment. As a business owner myself ensuring you have the correct team working for you is just as crucial as your product. I really hope that these two random review from two people who donāt know one another and had the same exact experience hours apart allow the owner Mitch to evaluate his team members. I had a Bogo coupon I received in the mail for āany drink, any size.ā I ended up getting two large iced Blondies with extras for $7! When I say the large drinks are huge, thatās not an exaggeration. Theyāre humongous! The drinks had excellent presentation, and the flavor of the espresso & syrups used were so sooo yummy! Iām a Starbucks girly, but Iām not gonna lie- I just found my new coffee spot. Seven Brew gives Starbucks a real run for their money, and you canāt beat the price. If I would have gotten the same exact drink from Starbucks, I would have paid double the price. Now I want to take a second to brag on the staff and business itself. Keke is the crew member that took my order. She was SO polite, informative, and fast. She literally jogged over to my car to take my order lol. She knew the menu inside and out & asked me what I typically like to drink in order to help me make a selection. She was amazing! Both lines in the drive thru were wrapped all the way around the building, but I had my order taken, and left with my drinks in less than 3 minutes. Thatās amazing customer service! This location is behind the times in how to run a drive thru. Youāll spend 30-40 minutes here for 2 coffees, then it will come out wrong, then they will blame YOU for it when itās literally saved in their tablets under the number provided, then they donāt label the coffees, so if something has extra coffee in it they literally flip the cup over and pour 1/3 of it out to tell you itās the one with extra espressoā¦.. The employee was annoyed at us for not doing their job properly. Still ensuring them it was fine, and we would just take it after being blamed for backing up the drive thru line that we just sat in for over 30 minutes. As a local business owner, I will still support 7brew but it will not be the Pensacola location. š At this point, Iād like my refund. My coffee was wrong, the attitude from the worker was out of this world, and my exact same order is always $4 cheaper at yāallās other locations!!! Plenty of good local small coffee shops in...
