Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Due to the pandemic, I typically would be frightened to enter any public place due to how contagious that virus is! Although, once I walked in, the environment surrounding me was outstanding and extremely clean. I was astonished as to how clean the restaurant was and how well kept it was by its workers. But to my pleasant surprise, the subway employee, Oscar Leyva, who assisted me was very courteous and passionate about making me my sandwich. In addition, Oscar Leyva made one of the best sandwiches my young taste buds had ever tasted! Down to the various of ingredients I asked to be placed in my 12 inch Italian herbs and cheese bun. Ultimately, it was an extravagant experience to be served by Mr.Leyva. I normally come to this subway when I’m looking for something quick and i have never complained or written a review before, but its the second time this has happened to me in a row. Either change and update your hours of opertation or tell your employees they need to stay open until they reach the hour that is displayed. It clearly says outside they don’t close on the week until 10pm, I arrived at 9 and they were already locked and cleaning up to leave. Perhaps the the worst subway I have ever gone to. They have the same lady working there everyday with THE WORST attitude i have ever experience in my life. She is unnecessarily RUDE and has terrible customer service. I come here now and then for convenience sake, but leave feeling mad I did. At first I thought she was just having a bad day, but then I realized the customer service is just generally bad here.
