I ordered a footlong boss for pick up online order. I got home to find a six inch sub without the cheese or pepperoni. I called and told them, they closed on 20 minutes and the only option I was given was to rush back up there and they would have my sub. Get up there AGAIN and have to wait again while they make it, I was stupid for not checking it yet I said 3x I ordered a footlong - it is a #6 so maybe they couldn't read the ticket - I got home and had another 6 inch, but at least it was the right half a sub I paid for and ordered and wasted two trips and an hour of time gettint it. Usually they are okay, nothing great nothing terrible, 9th Ave in sacred heart is great and makes good subs. This location just doesn't care much or pay attention. Guess that's what you get with teenagers...
Read moreWas treated horribly. Sat down to eat and the chips were stale so I told the manager behind the counter they were stale and I was just going to grab another bag. He asks to see the bag. Checks the date and says "they're within the expired by date". I sad guy, they're stale. Eat one. He said no and if I wanted more chips I'd have to pay for them. I told him I paid for food and I wasn't going to eat stale food. He told me if I grabbed more chips I'd be stealing and I'd have to leave. I cussed the guy and told him try and stop me. I could have handled myself better and my apologies to the two women inside, but I'll never go back there. Absolute rudest anyone has ever been to me in a restaurant and all over a stale...
Read moreSo we usually go at night and everyone is always amazing at night time even when they’re slam packed with people and online orders. We went today at about 1:30 and the lady who made our sandwich was very rushed even though no one else was in line and she made our sandwiches wrong and got mad at us for saying the wrong sandwich name (all American club vs regular club) and I understand all about bad days at subway cause I used to work there for 2 years. Yes it’s a hard job but at least smile once. Then she charged us for our cookies and didn’t give them to us. And I feel bad about complaining but she was not nice to us in the slightest but nice to people who walked out right...
