Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I went on Thursday, August 11 at 9:48 p.m. The door and the worker lady say they close at 11 p.m. and as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in at 9:48 she said before we ordered while building the previous customer's sandwich that it was take out only and I heard her telling them that it was because she has to start cleaning an hour before closing. We wanted to eat inside. We had to eat in the car and of course are not able to get refills. Especially since she started mopping the floor as soon as we walked out at 10:15 p.m. And another thing.... She said they had no spinach! We went there for the spinach because we only put spinach and not lettuce in our protein bowl! So we had to change to a sandwich. When we asked why she said the subway didn't have any spinach! Could it be she didn't want to open a new spinach? If they run those Spinach then I understand. No Subway has ever not had Spinach. I don't see any phone number posted anywhere to call a manager, so I had to post this review in the hopes the manager or owner sees this. If you do tell your employee they can tell people it's take out only an hour before closing, then I understand, it's your rules, but I've never heard of this before at any Subway in all my years going to Subways, so it seems like it was her own rule. This was my first and last time to this Subway. Oh, and when she saw me getting napkins from the counter she said she put napkins in my sandwich bag and I said I wanted to get more napkins and as I am walking to get them she said, "No, you can't get more napkins". TERRIBLE!!!!! I went in to the store, was called stupid and idiot by one of the employees. She was on her phone as entered the store. I waited in the empty store for 10mins (which should have been the time to have made my sandwich.) I asked her if she could please wrap it up because I had to go to work, and she started saying "stupid girl, stupid girl" repeatedly. She claimed she was talking to her supervisor (in which case, im sure the supervisor would have told her to attend her customer, and she shouldn't be talking that way to the supervisor anyways), so when I asked to speak with the supervisor as well, she proceeded to tell me she was the manager that there IS no supervisor. So on top of lying to me, she made me wait a full 10 minutes to be late to work, i left without any food. Before leaving, I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. She has no manners, very rude and inconsiderate of her customers. Worst customer service I've EVER had in my entire life. She gave me attitude from the very start. I would like to report this woman to a higher authority. Immediately. This woman should not be operating a store, she has no customer service skills, it is impossible that subway would let such a mean person be a manager, customer service does not work that way. I would’ve given this store a negative if I could. The only reason I gave it a two star is because Subway is one of my favorite sandwich spots. And I order one particular sandwich often. The negative part stems from the employee. She was not welcoming, not well mannered, and not friendly. On top Of that, I wanted to sit in a specific area; however she had it closed off, for no reason. It wasn’t even close to closing time. They close at 11pm, I asked her questions about the store’s hourly operations and she seemed annoyed, and bothered. What are you so bothered about? Yet, there was another group of customers who from the looks of it were her friends, different demeanor and treatment. Do you special preferences? In addition, as I went to sit down on the side she “permitted” she yelled that the bathroom was off limits. However, conveniently the women’s bathroom wasn’t. There was no out of order sign. What was wrong with the bathroom? How do you know, I didn’t have some medical issues and that access to the bathroom was crucial? I assume because she was trying to close early, she had closed it in advance only to inconvenience customers like myself along with the seating preference. The bottom line awful and bad attitude.
