I ordered online because I only have a certain amount of time on my lunch break. I was told to be there at 12:45 but I wanted to make sure to give it some time so I got there at 1:03 and my sub was not ready. I was told I had to wait behind 7 other people who were in line and didn’t make an online order because one of the workers had to go to the bank. They are always understaffed and the staff they do have working are clearly fed up with having to do it all.
