Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered online because I only have a certain amount of time on my lunch break. I was told to be there at 12:45 but I wanted to make sure to give it some time so I got there at 1:03 and my sub was not ready. I was told I had to wait behind 7 other people who were in line and didn’t make an online order because one of the workers had to go to the bank. I didn’t have time to wait that was the whole reason why I ordered ahead. I got a refund and the guy tells me sorry I had to go to the bank. After rating this 3 stars a year ago, I had to come back and rate it with the proper 1 star it deserves. They are always understaffed and the staff they do have working are clearly fed up with having to do it all. Friends and I continue to go on occasion because it’s almost always a show when we are there. The few times they have more than one employee working, they are usually bickering at each other. Pulled up at 8pm walked up to the door at 8:02PM. The Open sign was on and the door was unlocked. Upon opening the door the employee yells "WE'RE CLOSED" in quite a rude fassion. I said the Open sign was on and the door is u locked with a look of confusion. She yelled "READ THE DOOR WE'RE CLOSED". Talk about poor customer service.
