Super Mega Dilla — Restaurant in Florida

First off, let me start with this is not a local restaurant, this food comes directly from IHOP’s kitchen. I ordered 2 quesadillas that barely had anything in it, it was mostly hard tortilla. It was super dry and nasty. I ordered based on the pictures and description, it was supposed to be cheesy, full of chicken, bacon, avocado, and ranch but it was NOTHING like pictured or described.
