Whataburger — Restaurant in Florida

The grilled chicken salad was actually good with ranch. I didn't care for their type of ranch but I have some at home I like. Now reason for 2 stars the people working the drive through need better training or better supervision. When I ordered a grilled chicken salad I had to talk to the guy on the drive through speaker about all the types of salads they had before he finally said no the only salad we have with grilled chicken is the garden salad. 🧐 But I stayed calm and waited... Waited... Waited... There were maybe 4 cars in front and if I had ordered fries 🍟 I would have thought they might be cold by the time they took my money. They do have a two lane drive through as well as a pull up if the person in front has a longer wait time. So knowing how these stores are supposed to be managed for time it kinda left room for improvement. And one last thing the female at the only open window, money drink food, was not very friendly. It was after dark and raining but it's a job in customer service. A part if getting money means you are polite and at least act like you need money or keep a job. Your not going to go far in business with a bad attitude like the world owes you something. Nothing that happened before you were born means you should get special treatment today. Especially when you do nothing to...

Awful experience ! Took around 25 mins I seen the line wasn't moving so. I was as polite as I could be about the situation letting them know I understood. I made sure to order everything in the line including extra sauces and asked for 4 regular ketchups in the bag. When we got the food. The chicken was ice cold , no sauces I paid for like the ranch. My husband had to go in and get sauces the guy on fry is on his phone. My husband had to say hello 4x before the guy even acknowledged him. He said I never got my ketchups or sauces. The the man said we could only have 2 ketchups. Don't understand that. Are yall giving out raises for with holding sauces? However he was already frustrated having to come in with a screaming sick baby in the back. The employees outside were being loud cussing .. no one wants to hear about sleeping with guys and cussing. Distasteful. We had to get going pulling out the parking lot my husband grabbed the chicken. Ice cold . ... I love whatabuger but this location has been on a steady decline. Want to see this location thrive genuinely and I always leave good reviews when I can this...

I went to this place in the morning for breakfast I ordered off my app and when getting to the location I go inside to pick my food up tell him I had to order and they told me my order was canceled. I was confused by this because I had already paid for the order on my app and I told the cashier this I asked for the manager and only approached me he told me that my money would be reimbursed to me that it was already back in my account and I told him no it was not check my account showed it to him and he told me that it would be reimbursed that their internet was down and they could not accept my order I was very puzzled why considering I had already purchased the food through the app. I called corporate when I got home and was told by corporate that it the issue was going to be escalated and I would be contacted back that was a month ago still no contact back and never got my money back poor management not listening to the customer there was no reason why they could not have given me my food I had already paid for it through the app I would suggest to listen to your customer a little...
