Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

The WORST experience we have ever had!!! First we asked to have two separate orders and the employee told us they couldn't do that. Then as we were ordering the food the employee had to keep asking us to repeat what we were saying. She then got mad and said she couldn't serve us anymore, so we just sat there and another person had to take our order. Once at the window we explained that we were not being rude, we manage/own two (non Taco Bell) restaurants so we know customer service as rudeness. The new employee who took our order told us that we were rude and that the employee had a long day and that she was deaf. Why would you stick that employee in a position where hearing is an important part? We ordered $37 worth of food. The Nacho Supreme was ordered with NO beans, a 12 pack of Tacos (half soft shell with NO lettuce and half crunchy with lettuce), The soft shells came out with lettuce so we sent them back. When we got home the Nacho Supreme had beans, the Chicken Quesadilla was burnt, the Taco Salad was a disgrace for portion size and the Crunchy Tacos were made for a vegetarian. This is THE WORST possible example of fast food restaurant of ANY KIND...And I LOVE TACO BELL! Oh my goodness this place needs to be shutdown...PERIOD...I went once, it took 45 min in the drive thru (and I do not tell stories) once to the window there was one lady working who had looked like she ran 3 marathons. Got home and the food was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Soggy and the drinks were flat. Gave it the benefit of the doubt 2 months later, and returned only to waite 30 min this time!! Got to the window, and the same exact lady was working only to look like she ran 4 marathons this time. Drove around front o find out we did not have all of our food. As we walked inside to get the rest, the place looked like a public restroom inside only with food in it! This place CANNOT be healthy for people to eat at...I could go on and on..hopefully there is some Taco Bell Exec somewhere that reads enough about this dump site and shuts it down!! My family and I are regulars here and I was thinking maybe it was just employees having a couple bad days but every time we come here the NIGHT shift is terrible! So so soooo rude and if I ask for extra sour cream they give me zero sour cream every time but I pay for the extra sour cream. I ordered a soft taco supreme and could not eat it because it was soggy and stuck to the wrapper.. it was wet, like water wet but the rest of the others weren’t wet. All of our other food was made wrong but yet charged for all the extras that weren’t there. Then I had to turn around to get my drink because they forgot it. I understand having bad days but this is every time and they are very very rude. I use to work in food and I am a hairstylist and have NEVER treated people rude. If an order was messed up I would apologize and fix it and do it with a smile. I feel like if I was the owner of this establishment all this night staff would most definitely be fired.
