Quicky Cycles — Local services in Cape Coral

Called ahead of time to see about the cost of the scooters. Was advised it was 59 dollars. When I asked why the price was 59 instead of 49 the man on the phone said it was because "the web guy has been sick and not able to update the prices." I contacted the web designer who advised (actual email)

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to me regarding the Quicky Scooters website. Rumors of my illness are rather outdated - not that I would let such a thing prevent me from providing tech support remotely. I shall touch base with my client and remind them that I am readily available for any updates they wish to make.

The website is still not updated with the correct prices.

When we checked in to rent the scooters, they were not the nice ones advertised on the website, they were some off-brand Chinese knockoff. The man working said they were only 1 week old but they had around 1000 miles on them and were scratched up. It was clear they were not new.

I almost feel as this was a bait and switch and I will be reporting them to the appropriate government branch to investigate.

Parking is also not free as implied on their website.

Would recommend renting from Fort Myers Beach Sun and Fun Sport Rentals instead. Same prices and very nice people.

At Quicky rentals, the bicycles themselves were ridable. The owner (an older gentleman) who seems to work the register is extremely crabby and rude. Beware. There's 1 other gentleman (middle aged) who works with him (bless his heart) who seems to be the one to physically manage the bikes outside who is more pleasant.

Chains were rusty. Only 1 bike came with a bell (which proved to be a nuisance because the sidewalks of Estero blvd are congested). Kickstands were not functional. Overall bikes were not well-maintained. Bikes do come with a lock and basket on the front.

Ultimately, these bikes got us where we needed to go. There's no need for a car on FMB if you're able to use a bicycle. Estero blvd is so congested all the time, you'll get where you're going...

Just bought a fabulous beautiful bicycle today from this very nice professional store, and so nice customer service. I am very happy 😊 and they are delivering my brand new bike this week to North Fort Myers. Thank you. They even put my new mandatory front and bike lights on and low cost $10.00 for the set...of course they have other prices to choose from that are very nice lights for bikes, they have some really nice electric bikes all colors and different sizes for about $1,500 and they are gorgeous 😍! And they offer full services and warranties! These are very nice professional people! I recommend that you buy a bike from this location.
