I was in Surfstyle around 4 today and wasn't sure about a dress I purchased, my friend talked me into it but after leaving i realized I'd rather return it because i wasn't convinced it looked great on me. When i returned around 5 only an hour later, the cashier told me all purchases are final & only exchangable. I was really frustrated because i wasn't told this at checkout, it's only printed in small letters on the counter. I've purchased items and souvenirs from this store for over 30 years and I have never had an issue, but the last time I purchased over $250.00 worth of items and my 6 year old granddaughter had to use the restroom I was told that she couldn't because they wouldn't allow the public to use them..needless to say I will never purchase from them ever again and I will tell everyone I know about how they treated a 6 year old who had to use the restroom.. so much for a family...

Don't waste your money. They didn't put something in our bag, when we went back they made us go back and get all the stuff we had purchased, didn't even look and told us they couldn't do anything but would call us after looking into it.
