Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Ah Taco Bell..what is not to like? Stopped in the day after Halloween and decided to place an order for my co worker, his young child, and myself. We were planning to take the order to go, but all 3 of us were hungry, so we decided to eat 1 item each before we left.

I purchased a soda for myself and decided on Dr. Pepper. Unfortunately, the syrup on the soda fountain machine was past due for a swap, so the beverage tasted watered down. I chose to pour it out, and get Pepsi instead. We ordered a variety Taco Box, which comes with 20 tacos (10 doritos locos tacos, and 10 regular crunchy tacos). My friend wanted to throw some soft tacos in the mix, so they accommodate that by swapping out 5 of the regular crunchy, for 5 soft. No charge for that

His son had 2 mini chicken quesadillas which he loved, and I had a 5 layer burrito which I asked to sub beans for 2X beef (she did that, but I don't know if there was a charge)

I ate my 5 layer burrito and it was hot and delicious. We then drove back to his house and proceeded with the rest of the meal. I ate a variety of crunchy tacos and doritos locos tacos and they were very good. Would have been 5 stars, but the watered down Dr. Pepper was a bummer.

I want to keep this very straight forward this location is conducting price deception right in front of our eyes. The newly advertised Luxe Cravings Box for $7.00 has been a great pull for customers to return to Taco Bells which my husband and I have ordered in other taco bells in our area for $7.00 a box. It seems that the owner of this Taco Bell located on kings highway Port Charlotte has decided to create their own secretive price hidden deceptive approach on this item. Once entering you will look up and see the great $7.00 deal shown but take a closer look downward and someone placed two small $0.99 stickers over the two $0.00 listed and then charging you $7.99 for the deal at counter. . This is so sad we have stopped now in over 5 taco Bells and this one was the only one doing this. Once noticed on the receipt we asked for a refund and without questions they provided it immediately clearly showing their aware they are attempting to sneak $0.99 cent charge on you. This Taco Bell gets 0 0000!!!!!! Their board was not illuminated you couldn't see what to order I pull up there's a long line behind me and the girl was rude to me and told me I have to get back in line in order to order because she can't take orders of the window but yet when I was at the drive-thru she keep on saying she can't hear me she can't hear me but when I was trying to order what I can think of off the top of my head being as though I couldn't see the menu board on top of that they still messed up my order 😡 the girl which her name is Amanda telling me that she called the police on me like that supposed to scare me if I'm going to be and she's not going to give me my order if I'm going to be but I'm trying to explain to her what I wanted and what they miss that I already paid for!!! After I called corporate I'm calling Morgan & Morgan 🤔 the only reason why they get one star is because I can't post this unless I put stars.
