I went to your Taco Bell on 16020 Mapledale Blvd, Tampa Florida, Yesterday with my girlfriend, We stop at that Taco Bell alot, after yesterday I will avoid that Taco Bell at all costs, The young women over the intercom Daniela A, gave me attitude from the start of my order in the drive thru. I gave half of the order and was waiting to give the rest of the order when a young man came on the intercom and told me to hurry up with my order, I asked for more time I was quite polite to him, then the young lady Daniela, came back on the intercom, and repeated the order, She got something wrong, So I kindly said what that item was supposed to be, she then gave me the total with attitude and told me to come around to the first window. The young woman at the first window was very kind, When I got to the second window, Daniela, started handing food out the window with out it being in bags, she handed us our drinks minus my large mountain dew, I waited, and asked where is my mountain dew, She then stated that I only get what I receive, I am getting attitude so I am gonna give you attitude, she then stated infront of one of your managers, that she was having a bad, day. She practically threw the mountain dew at me. Your manager said nothing to her, Quite frankly, If I was one of your managers and I over heard or saw a employee being so disrespectful to a customer, I would send her home if not completely fire her, with that being said, there is a Taco Bell KFC not to far away that I will be going to from now on, I am so upset by this I in my 37 years have never been treated so poorly in one of your establishments, I do hope something good comes out of this incident, My Order # was 307587 the total was 25.70, That't 25 dollars some other establishment may...
Read moreI typically try to avoid this Taco Bell as often as possible. The service has always been historically slow for me. Please keep in mind that my experiences here are purely unique to my visits. Any time I visit this location, I will wait a minimum of 15 minutes or longer.
Generally, people like to complain when service is slow without giving details on how busy the restaurant might be. This is certainly not the case during this visit. The restaurant was empty and no line at the drive thru.
My son and I share the same name. That's common between father and son. He used his app to get a free taco. I used my app to order our complete meals. His taco came out first. We waited another 10 minutes before I decided to ask about my order.
The youth at the counter said, "I gave you your order, remember?" Sure enough, he did give me the first order. However, he went back to hanging out with his staff instead of checking the order screen for more orders.
When I mentioned there was another order, he was in denial until he checked the screen. He immediately started to fulfill the order.
The manager handed the meal to me. When I asked her if she was the manager, a look so humble fell upon her that I almost felt guilty for saying anything. I merely stated that this was unacceptable behavior. She offered a simple apology. It felt sincere. I left it at that and went about my dinner.
The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious. The bathrooms were clean. I just don't like the efficiency of the staff at this location. I have faster response times at other locations.
The few cars that I notice enter and leave have quicker response times via the drive thru, so please do not let my experiences deter...
Read moreI've frequently visited this location several times with a fairly reasonable large order and had a few items here and there missing or not to the expectation as anticipated when received BUT in this instance, hands down the best experience yet. From the individual taking the drive thru order to the point of sale window staff, both and all prep/kitchen staff were extremely kind. While placing the order the attendant repeated the order of each item and may I add that this was a highly costomized order request. The payment window employee was kind and patient while I and my wife fumbled around reaching for our credit card for payment. We were both extremely pleased that all items were accounted for and surprised at the accuracy of each food item as it was prepared EXACTLY as we've requested. The portion of each item was over expected. As stated before we (my family and I) frequent this location and almost always have to turn around for correction or phone in to make the staff aware of the error. HIGHLY PLEASED!! I have made several attempts to call this location (16020 maple dale) and successfully reached a store member which promptly answered but when asked to speak with the manager and placed on hold the call was lost. I called in again and the phone remained busy. I just wish to take the time to give thanks to that entire team for the pleasant experience. This is the type of service I've longed for.havent seen a bunch of individuals pleased to work in such a busy environment.
