I’m only giving it 3 stars because the dude who is the night manager was great. The girl with the long brown hair at the window (who i think is also a manager) was absolutely horrible and i wish i could call her out by name. We started our order with 2 doritos locos tacos and a large baja blast freeze. We were told they were out of large cups, cool no problem. Next on our order was some cinnabons and number 10 meal with a baja blast. We pull up to the window she hands us our medium drinks and our food. Asked for fire sauce, she literally throws them at us and they end up in the road. We get back home and open the bag, its packed full of like 100 napkins and theres only the meal and cinnabons in there. We check the receipt and we were charged for 3 large drinks and the meal & cinnabons. So we go back and we just asked for the tacos we ordered and explained the over charge for the drinks, plus the drink we didnt even receive. This girl clearly knew what she was doing, and knew what we ordered. Yet she continued to fight with us at the window. She was refusing to help us, and then the guy manager came over and was very helpful and literally brought us out our food and an extra freeze, and like a whole order of cinnabons. But before that, the girl was literally standing behind him giving us attitude while we were just explaining the situation, saying well we can charge you for the tacos, like no, you overcharged us for things we didn’t even receive. And saying the price difference isn't even that much between a medium and a large drink, valid, but you still charged us for an extra drink we never ordered or received. Like honey, I understand you work at Taco Bell and you hate your life, but that doesn’t mean you have to ruin everybody else’s. Thank you again to the dude...
Read moreI had just flown in to Tampa International Airport and decided to get a quick take-out from this store. Upon returning home, I noticed the meximelt was missing from the order, even though it was clearly marked on the receipt. I called the store to tell them. The shift manager - "Shantae" - was unprofessional, starting with her poor phone etiquette. I told her about the missing meximelt, and she insisted that she put it in the bag herself. So, let's add being argumentative with a customer, along with lying about doing something that she never did. She said she would make my order, but I told her I'm not driving 15 minutes from the other side of town. I told her I want a refund. She refused to do that, telling me I would have to call the store manager in the morning. Why do I have to call Taco Bell to chase down a mistake they made? I told her she should call me, since it was their mistake and my money. She flatly told me that would not happen. I then told "Shantae" that I would be calling corporate office about this, and she hung up on me. Let's recap:
This is how you do business, Taco Bell? Unprofessional conduct, incompetence, a deliberate lack of accountability, and a rude shift manager who hangs up on an unhappy customer....

Was told issue was computer issues but told staff to create the crunch box. Was given coupons. Finally, at just before 6:10, I had had it. Demanded my money back. Was confronted rudely by employee.....who gave me a stare down in a threatening look. Big mistake. Thought she was tough. Said rude and threatening remarks. I never broke eye contact. She could not handle that I did not break eye contact. She lost it. Punk low life. Had to have a manager diffuse the situation. If I had gotten that employees name, I would demand she be fired. Gave me a very racist attitude. Left the store with my money back. Was treated the worst I have ever been treated in my 67 year old life. She was a low life punk with a bad attitude. Thought she was going to go after me......would have been a big mistake on her part. At least the the other employee did refund money and diffused the situation. Explained new system started and staff was not trained properly. I get it. But the one employee who was beyond unprofessional, should be fired She was a loose cannon. Don't go to this place....... Never will go a Taco Bell ever again. Gave them ample opportunity. And they failed at every...
