KFC — Restaurant in Florida

You know, i like to go out once in a while, heard they had new sauces and chicken sandwiches. So i went this one that's close to me. I politely ask for chicken little. one with bbq and one with honey mustard. They say it back to me, they say okay. and then i get two bbq ones. I go again and i'm told, there's no more chicken little's, which is completely fine. I ask if they have the sauces, they say yes. I say okay can I get the chicken sandwich with honey mustard. They ask me - what to drink? and i say, i just want the sandwich no drink. I say thank you, im very simple. and polite i get my sandwich. i go home, open it up, and the sandwich had a drip of the sauce on the top bun. and i had wedges and a cookie. I look at the receipt and it says 5.99 combo Snd Combo GG Crspy Col Ind Pot Wedge Md Pepsi

i didn't even get the drink since i said no, but i legit said just the sandwich, which would've been 3.99. I'm very upset, that i keep having these problems with them. Used to be a really good KFC...

When the manager is not there, employees do whatever they really wanna do because the manager in there is a very nice person and she's very kind but today I had the worst experience in that location. My dad had to use the restroom and he asked the girl for the key, she said that the key was lost. A little boy came and asked to use the bathroom and somebody came and open the door for the little boy and as soon as I told the girl that I was going to report her, everyone in the back started offering my dad to use the restroom. My dad said no it's fine. I'm going to report you, and then the cashier started telling other customers how we were going to report her because we didn't let him use the bathroom they choose who they want and who doesn't go in the restroom and as far as I know is a public place. Then my dad asked for her name and she said she couldn't give her name and also covered her name tag but she forgot that she took our order and her name was there. Her name is April and she...

Terrible experience. I wanted a refund for my meal because of the after effects of consuming the food. I had stomach pains and diarrhea for the whole day and night after consumption of KFC food, as well as the following morning. This experience never happened to me before at previous KFC stores (only at this one on Hillsborogh). Once I called KFC about the issue, the manager Yamely refused to handle my problem. I took matters in my own hands and showed up to the store in person and Yamely didn’t take my concern seriously. I was very frustrated about the way Yamely handled my situation and will never visit this store again. I also informed my family about my terrible experience.
