Tacos Jalisco is a MUST STOP if you’re coming to the keys. I promise if you love authentic Mexican tacos and flavors, you won’t be disappointed! The corn tortillas are perfect—soft, yet they don’t fall apart too easily, and the flavor—wow! The meat is juicy and tender. Even the veggie taco is flavorful and delicious! We also had the ultimate nachos and they are fried to perfection with copious amounts of beans, queso, guacamole, and sour cream—perfect proportion and so yummy! My son had the chicken burrito and said it was fantastic. Honestly—the food was amazing and we will definitely be back!

It’s a food truck, but they have covered seatings beside it and brought our food to the table. You can also order to go. The staff were friendly and efficient. The prices are great for the quality of the food! I would say you don’t come for the location—the tables and seating area could use a little facelift—but you come for the food and the food will not disappoint you. I would say we enjoy these hidden gem type places that may not look like much, but pack a punch with flavor, service, and quality for your money!

You must add this place to your list for your visit to the Florida keys! You won’t be...

I have to say hands down this was delicious. I’m from Colorado and have been living in Miami for 8 years now and it’s hard to find authentic Mexican food.

This food was delicious, quick and affordable.

My critique on the food: the carne asada tacos are seasoned well and flavorful but do wish it came with salsa or a sauce to help balance the corn tortilla and steak. If you’re hungry definitely 6 is filling for me at least but 3 would be like a snack due to size.

The burritos were an all round flavorful which balanced well and was filling.

I didn’t get a photo of the seafood tacos but was told they were delicious but 3 wasn’t enough so now we know 6 is the lucky number.

Customer service: 3/5 I assumed the guy was tired or just not feeling it that day but I’m heavy on customer service as it’s part of my honest experience review. He just seemed highly irritated and just not really suggesting anything or asking if we been to this location before etc. Yes the reviews are high but customer service should always be a key.

Food did come out quickly even with the large amount of people showing up once we arrived. (6-7pm)

Hands down will highly recommend as a go to location for authentic...

I mean it's a taco truck smack dab in the middle of the causeway to the keys! It looks like the real deal and it is. The tacos are affordably priced, authentic, and delicious. The chips and salsa were excellent, crispy and refreshing. And even the cheese sauce for the nachos was velvet smooth and perfect. Service was fast enough to get you on your way again soon, and slow enough that you know you're getting fresh made fillings! We tried a sampling of chicken, asada, fish, and pastor tacos and they were all fresh and hot and the tortillas were perfect. They had many more options including vegetarian, rajas, and other less common options like tongue and shrimp. We'll have to come back but we were full and happy with what we had. I recommend at least 3 tacos per person if you're looking for a light meal and more for a heavier one but with the chips and guac you'll prob be fine. I got 2 thinking they were slightly larger but they're 2 bucks! What was i even thinking? So get the extra tacos you're not sure about, you won't regret them, but you may not want to get back in line. They have a fun little setup with tables and shade next to the truck. Stop by on your way...

After snorkeling with SunDiver, one of the shipmates recommended Tacos Jalisco for a quick bite. So glad we listened! My wife and I had the fish tacos and they were amazing! She's celiac, so she can't have gluten, but these are gluten-free tacos and she didn't react to them (verified!). On our return trip through town two days later, we grabbed tacos here again and this time I also had a blackened shrimp burrito. We also had beans both times. All food was delicious and the staff was friendly too! We highly recommend grabbing a bite here and then heading over to the chocolate shop next door for dessert!
