We hunted this place out specifically to try it—the vibes are immaculate!! I brought my 3-year-old son and we were working to educate him on his breakfast options from the menu, admittedly many which he wasn’t familiar with. He requested a wrap with the “just egg.” (No, we weren’t requesting “real” eggs at a vegan restaurant. It’s what it’s called on the menu. There were several other ingredients on the wrap that I thought sounded absolutely delicious, but he simply requested they not be included.) Before I had the chance to order the wrap as it reads on the menu and disassemble it to meet my child’s needs (Which is fine!!), I was informed by a voice in the trailer that she’d “rather not.” “Rather not” serve us. So I uncomfortably smiled and walked away. There was no one else in line. I was as polite and kind as I would hope others would be to myself and my son. What a wildly weird experience. Disappointing at best. I’d love to have rated this food because it looked so good!!! But unfortunately wasn’t given the opportunity to purchase a product because someone didn’t agree with my toddler’s order. I rated the food a 3 anyway because it did LOOK wonderful and I’m not here to create unfair burden on a local, small business.
