Visiting Florida from NYC and we were in a mood of TACOS, we found this taco truck and I have to say that they are authentic but definitely too small & over priced. They are two bite tacos. We order beef tongue, carnitas, grilled chicken and chorizo. The carnitas are no BUENO, lack of seasoning and are boiled instead of fried plus they are only meat no fatty so they are too dry, the chicken also not tasty, chorizo happened to be tasty, real Mexican flavor and seasoning which am pretty sure is not homemade, the LENGUA tacos were really good, perfect seasoning. For a better presentation they should chop the lengua in smaller pieces. The salsas to our surprise were really good. We also order a grilled chicken torta which definitely is a rip off $10 for a tiny piece of Italian bread with mayo, lettuce, tomato and salty melted cheesee☹️? What happen to the real torta bread and to the avocado, onion and pickled Jalapeño? You guys defiantly need to improve your tortas or change the name to just sandwiches. Take it as constructive criticism. Am in quick bite Mexican food business as well. You guys defiantly have potential but consider using a 4” tortilla by very least and a real torta bread plus add all ingredients to the torta and remove the lettuce, original tortas don’t come with lettuce but do come with Oaxaca cheese rather than the fried cheese you girls use. We are taco lovers and we go taco touring through out the states...

Read moreTaco Padrisimo is one of those spots that instantly wins you over. The service is warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed, which sets the stage for what really shines: the food. Every dish is bold, vibrant, and balanced — you can taste the freshness in every bite.
The tacos are fantastic, but the real standout is the elote. Charred just right, smothered in creamy, zesty seasoning, and finished with that perfect dusting of cheese — it’s the kind of dish that makes you slow down and savor. Pair that with the reasonable prices and you’ve got a place that delivers both quality and value.
Whether you’re a casual visitor to Old Town or a local hunting for your next craving fix, Taco Padrisimo deserves a spot...
